Since this study is through 2021 export small and medium-sized enterprises smes performance management in terms of reliability, integrity and timely evaluation and change these relationships via, per year compared regional industry-specific customized can provide implications for improvement and tried to explore ways in middle-low that can be grant. The analysis results are as follows. First, by year, management efficiency continued to decline after 2016, and there was no steady trend in management stability. This requires efforts to enhance the overall competitiveness of smes through improved management efficiency. Secondly, management efficiency and management stability were differentiated by region. In particular, the Seoul area lived high. This means that companies in the Seoul area are relatively stable and efficient. Third, management efficiency and management stability existed different depending on the industry. This means that customized policies are needed for each industry. Fourth, export companies have relatively high management efficiency due to intensifying competition among firms, while domestic firms have relatively high management stability due to the government's continuous restructuring and public nature. It is expected that it will produce more useful results if it conducts timely evaluations of firms, derives efficiency of management that reflects risk of insolvency in the future, and develops new financial variables and uses them for analysis.

본 연구는 1999년부터 2021년까지 수출중소기업의 경영효율성과 경영안정성 측면에서 적시성 있는 평가를 통해 이들 관계와 변화 를 비교하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연도별로 보면 경영효율성은 2016년이후 지속적으로 하락하였고, 경영안정성은 일정 한 추세가 없었다. 이는 경영효율성 개선을 통해 중소기업의 전반적인 경쟁력을 높이기 위한 노력이 필요하다. 둘째, 지역별로 경영효 율성과 경영안정성은 차별화를 보였다. 특히, 서울지역은 모두 높게 나타났다. 이는 타지역보다 상대적으로 서울지역에 있는 기업이 안정적이고, 효율이 높음을 의미한다. 셋째, 업종에 따라 경영효율성과 경영안정성이 상이하게 나타났다. 이는 업종고유의 특성을 반 영한 정책이 필요하다는 의미이다. 넷째, 수출기업은 기업간 경쟁심화로 경영효율성이 상대적으로 높고, 내수기업은 정부의 반복적인 구조조정, 공적 책임을 진 업종들로 경영안정성이 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. 이를 통해 기업에 대한 적시성 있는 평가를 실시하였다. 이를 통해 연도별･지역별･업종별 맞춤형 개선방안에 대한 시사점을 제시할 방법을 모색하고 시도했다는 점에서 차별성을 부여할 수 있다. 향후 부실 위험을 반영한 경영효율성을 도출하고, 새로운 재무적 변수를 개발해 분석에 활용한다면 보다 유용한 결과를 도출될 것으로 예상된다.
