Stress is considered a chronic disease and a source of all kinds of diseases for modern people. Relieving stress and finding peace of mind is an important issue for most people living in this era in the increasingly intense modern society. Moreover, the 2030 generation, who are at the center of that reality, needs more time to heal and relax than ever, away from direct stress. With the recent expansion of awareness of picture books, picture books for adults, picture book reading groups, and adult picture book healing programs are emerging beyond books for children. Picture books that convey emotions through a combination of the roles of writing, illustration, and color can play a role in recalling and nostalgic about childhood, which corresponds to the pure function of picture books that can be actively used by adults. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out how the reminiscence images and colors of picture books appear as healing effects. The research method analyzed what picture books that people in their 20s and 30s enjoyed reading as children were reminiscent of, and identified the permanence of recall images and colors in healing effects. The survey was conducted on people in their 20s and 30s, and the color analysis used KSCA (Korea Standard Color Analysis), a Korean standard color analysis program. The results of this study showed that first, picture books that people in their 20s and 30s enjoyed reading as children can recall the past, and through this, the reminiscent image is effective in relieving stress and healing the mind. Second, the biggest factor that evokes the picture book recall image is the background color of the cover and is recognized as a color representing the picture book. This study proved that recollection using picture books can be a comfort to the lives of tired and busy modern people, and it is hoped that the importance of picture books' recollection images and colors can be used as basic data in future picture book activities and development.

스트레스는 현대인들에게 고질병이자 만병의 근원으 로 여겨지고 있다. 더욱 치열해지고 있는 현대 사회에 서 스트레스를 해소하고 마음의 안정을 찾는 것은 이 시대를 살아가는 대부분의 사람들에게 있어서 중요한 이슈이다. 더욱이 그 현실의 중심에 있는 2030세대들 에게는 직접적인 스트레스에서 벗어나 힐링과 치유의 시간이 어느 때보다 필요하다. 최근 그림책에 대한 인 식이 확장되면서 어린이를 위한 책을 넘어서 성인을 위 한 그림책, 그림책 독서 모임, 성인 그림책 치유 프로 그램 등이 생겨나고 있다. 글과 그림, 그리고 색채의 역할이 복합적으로 작용하여 감정을 전달하는 그림책은 유년 시절에 대한 회고와 향수를 일으키는 역할을 할 수 있으며 이는 성인에게 적극적으로 활용할 수 있는 그림책의 순기능에 해당한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 그림 책의 회상 이미지와 색채가 치유 효과로 어떻게 나타나 는지 알아보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구 방법은 2030 세대가 어린 시절 즐겨 읽던 그림책이 어떠한 회상 이 미지를 연상시키는지 분석하고, 치유 효과에 있어서 회 상 이미지와 색채의 연관성을 파악하였다. 설문 조사는 20대와 30대를 대상으로 진행되었으며, 색채 분석은 한국 표준색 색채 분석 프로그램인 KSCA(Korea Standard Color Analysis)를 사용하였다. 본 연구 결과는 첫째, 20-30대가 어린 시절 즐겨 읽던 그림책을 통해 과거 회상이 가능하며, 이를 통해 연상된 회상 이미지가 스트레스를 완화하고 마음을 치 유하는 것에 효과가 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘 째, 그림책 회상 이미지를 불러일으키는 가장 큰 요소 는 표지의 배경 색이며, 그림책을 대표하는 색채로 인 식된다는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 그림책을 활용한 추억 회고가 지치고 바쁜 현대인의 삶에 위로가 될 수 있는 것을 입증하였으며, 그림책의 회상 이미지와 색채 의 중요성이 향후 그림책 활동과 개발 과정에서 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있기를 기대해 본다.
