This study aimed to find out the mediating effect of countertransference management abilities, the moderating effect of stress coping style, and the moderated mediating effect in the relationship between counselor's self-efficacy and burnout for art therapists. For this purpose, an online questionnaire was conducted by 220 art therapists using countertransference management abilities, counselor's self-efficacy, burnout, and stress coping styles questionnaire. The collected data was analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 program and PROCESS Macro models No. 1, No. 4, and No. 5 were used for analysis. The results of this study are as follows. Firstly, In the relationship between counselor's self-efficacy and burnout, countertransference management ability showed a mediating effect. Secondly, it was found that there’s a moderating effect of stress coping style in the relationship between counselor's self-efficacy and burnout. Lastly, moderated mediating effect of the stress coping style was found in the relationship between the counselor's self-efficacy, countertransference management abilities, and burnout. This study is meaningful in that it found protective factors and routes that can reduce burnout in art therapists.

본 연구는 미술치료사를 대상으로 상담자 자기효능감과 심리적 소진의 관계에서 역전 이 관리능력의 매개효과와 스트레스 대처방식의 조절효과와 조절된 매개효과를 알아보고 자 하였다. 이를 위해 미술치료사 220명을 대상으로 온라인으로 상담자 자기효능감, 역전 이 관리능력, 심리적 소진, 스트레스 대처방식 질문지를 사용하여 설문을 진행하였다. 수 집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 프로그램과 PROCESS Macro의 1번, 4번, 5번 모형을 사용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 미술치료사의 상담자 자기효능감 과 심리적 소진과의 관계에서 역전이 관리능력의 매개효과가 나타났다. 둘째, 미술치료사 의 상담자 자기효능감과 심리적 소진의 관계에서 스트레스 대처방식의 조절효과가 나타 났다. 셋째, 미술치료사의 상담자 자기효능감, 역전이 관리능력, 심리적 소진의 관계에서 스트레스 대처방식의 조절된 매개효과가 나타났다. 본 연구는 미술치료사의 심리적 소진 을 감소시킬 수 있는 보호요인과 그 경로를 발견했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
