In this study, 250 subjects of private security workers in Seoul and Gyeonggi were surveyed by selecting a survey method using questionnaires to determine how commercial sports selective attributes are related to leisure satisfaction and organizational engagement of private security workers. The final 227 copies of the survey data were used. The data were analyzed using the SPSS 20.0 statistical program and using the methods of frequency analysis, correlation and multiple regression analysis, and the following conclusions were drawn. First, the cost factor, which is a subfactor of commercial sports selection attributes, was found to have a significant effect on the subfactors of leisure satisfaction with positive, physical, and psychological factors. Second, environmental factors, which are sub-factors of commercial sports selection attributes, were found to have a significant effect on organizational engagement. Third, psychological factors, which are sub-factors of leisure satisfaction, have been shown to have a significant effect on organizational engagement. Therefore, it is judged that the availability of leisure time and wide selection factors for private security workers will increase their engagement in the organization, thereby increasing the number of skilled manpower in the private security industry and bringing stable growth.

본 연구는 상업스포츠 선택속성이 민간경비업무 종사자의 여가만족과 조직몰입에 어 떠한 관계가 있는지 확인하기 위하여 설문지를 활용한 조사방법을 선택하여 서울과 경기 지역의 민간경비업무 종사자를 대상자 250명에게 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 최종 227부 의 설문 자료를 사용 하였다. 자료의 분석은 SPSS 20.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분 석과, 상관관계 그리고 중다회귀분석의 방법을 사용하여 다음의 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 상업스포츠 선택속성의 하위요인인 비용요인은 여가만족의 하위요인에 확경적, 신체적, 심리적 요인에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 상업스포츠 선택속성의 하 위요인인 환경요인이 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 여가만족 의 하위요인인 심리적 요인이 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 민간경비업무 종사자들에 대한 여가 시간의 확보와 폭넓은 선택요인은 조직에 대한 몰입 도를 높여 민간경비산업에 숙련된 인력을 증가시키고 안정된 성장을 가져올 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
