According to the theory of daily activity, the absence of a guardian was a neglect factor for parents to verify through empirical research whether it was a significant factor on teenagers' online stalking and sexual crime damage experiences that could lead to offline crimes. In order to empirically analyze the impact of parental neglect on adolescents' online stalking and sexual harassment damage experiences, this study used secondary data from the Korea Youth Policy Institute in 2020. A total of 5,914 data were used for the final analysis, excluding data that gave no response and unfaithful answers. Using the SPSS 21.0ver statistical program, technical statistical analysis and frequency analysis were conducted to confirm the data, and cross-analysis was conducted to analyze the difference in teenagers' experiences of online stalking and sexual harassment according to demographic characteristics. Finally, logistic regression analysis was conducted to analyze the difference in the experience of online stalking and sexual harassment damage according to parental neglect. Studies have shown that adolescents with high levels of parental neglect have more experiences of online stalking and sexual harassment. Therefore, based on this, it was intended to suggest improvements in the perception that youth neglect is abuse, as well as discussions on victimization that may cause victims to experience additional criminal damage such as online stalking and sexual harassment.

이 연구에서는 일상활동이론에 따라 보호자의 부재를 부모의 방임요인으로 오프라인 범죄로 이어 질 수 있는 청소년의 온라인 스토킹 및 성범죄 피해 경험에 유의미한 영향요인인지를 실증연구를 통해 검증해보고자 하였다. 이 연구는 부모의 방임이 청소년의 온라인 스토킹 및 성희롱 피해 경험 에 미치는 영향관계를 실증적으로 분석하기 위하여 한국청소년정책연구원에서 2020년에 수행한 “청 소년의 주거권 실태와 보장방안 연구: 사회배제 관점을 중심으로”의 2차 자료 총 5,914개의 자료를 최종분석에 활용하였다. SPSS 21.0ver 통계프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계분석, 빈도분석을 실시하여 자료를 확인하였으며, 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 청소년의 온라인 스토킹 및 성희롱 피해 경험의 차 이를 분석하기 위하여 교차분석을 실시하였다. 최종적으로는 부모방임에 따른 온라인 스토킹 및 성 희롱 피해 경험의 차이를 분석하기 위하여 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 부모방임 수 준이 높은 청소년의 온라인 스토킹 및 성희롱 피해를 더 많이 경험하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 이 를 바탕으로 하여 청소년 방임이 학대라는 인식의 개선에 대한 제언과 동시에 피해 아동이 온라인 스토킹 및 성희롱 등 추가적 범죄 피해를 경험하게 될 수 있는 피해자화에 대한 논의를 시사하고자 하였다.
