The purpose of this study is to overcome the limitations of the production and collection of knowledge information resources in the Korean diaspora, and to establish a Korean diaspora larchiveum as a complex cultural facility space based on the Korean diaspora library, museum and archives in order to share and service various knowledge information resources. For this purpose, literature reviews, previous studies, and domestic and foreign cases were investigated. By analyzing the collected data, the knowledge and information resources produced, distributed, and owned by 7.3 million Korean diaspora are scattered all over the world, and the establishment of Korean Diaspora larchiveum, which can connect and integrate them into one, is presented as follows. First, in the basic direction of larchiveum, the need for larchiveum installation is derived, and the larchiveum construction direction and strategy, larchiveum, goal and system map are prepared. Second, in the application of the larchiveum space, the spatial area setting and the direction for each space area are planned. Third, in larchiveum knowledge information resource collection and network connection, knowledge information resource collection, knowledge information resource network connection and integration are performed. Fourth, in the larchiveum service, establish a vision and goal for the larchiveum records collection service, specify the targets for use of the larchiveum records collection service, develop a larchiveum record information service to create added value and promote utilization, and connect with larchiveum-related organizations and expand cooperative services.

이 연구는 코리언 디아스포라 지식정보자원 생산과 수집의 한계를 극복하고 다 양한 지식정보자원의 공유와 서비스를 위해 코리언 디아스포라 도서관, 박물관과 기록관을 기반으로 복합문화공간으로서 코리안 디아스포라 라키비움 구축안을 제시하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 문헌고찰, 선행연구, 국내외 사례 등을 조사· 분석하였다. 그 결과 730여만명의 코리언 디아스포라가 생산·유통·소장하고 있는 지식정보자원들이 전 세계 곳곳에 산재되어 있어 이를 하나로 연계·통합하 여 서비스할 수 있는 코리언 디아스포라 라키비움 구축안을 다음과 같이 도출하였 다. 첫째, 라키비움의 기본 방향에서는 라키비움 설치의 필요성을 도출, 라키비움 구축 방향과 전략, 라키비움과 목표와 체계도를 마련한다. 둘째, 라키비움 공간 적용에서는 공간영역 설정, 공간영역별 방향을 계획한다. 셋째, 라키비움 지식정 보자원 수집과 네트워크 연계에서는 지식정보자원 수집, 지식정보자원 네트워크 연계와 통합을 한다. 넷째, 라키비움 서비스에서는 라키비움 기록물 수집 서비스 를 위한 비전 및 목표 수립, 라키비움 기록물 수집 서비스 이용 대상을 구체화, 부 가가치 창출 및 활용 촉진을 위한 라키비움 기록정보서비스를 개발, 라키비움 유 관기관과의 연계 및 협력서비스를 확대한다.
