This study was designed to support consulting for the University Industry-Academic Cooperation Group conducted at the government level. As part of a plan to improve the function of the university industry-academic cooperation group (announced in February 2022), the Ministry of Education tried to improve and upgrade the function of the industry-academic cooperation group through package consulting. The consulting is aimed at reorganizing the functions of the industry-academia cooperation group by strengthening the governance system between the university and the industry-academia cooperation group, expanding the activities of the industry-academia cooperation group, and strengthening the overall and planning functions. Consulting areas include the vision and development direction of the industry-academia cooperation group, strengthening the functions of the industry-academia cooperation group (research support, industry-academia cooperation), expertise (quality improvement), industry-academia cooperation infrastructure, and self-reliance. Among them, it can be said that the vision and development direction of the industry-academia cooperation group establish an important value and meaning of the industry-academia cooperation group. As an exploratory study, this study aims to focus on creating consulting indicators focusing on the vision and development direction of the industry-academia cooperation group.

본 연구는 정부차원에서 진행된 대학 산학협력단 컨설팅 지원을 위해 기획되었다. 교육부는 대학 산학협력단 기능 개선방안(2022년 2월 발표)의 일환으로 산학협력단 패키지 컨설팅을 통해 산학협력단의 기능 개선 및 고도화를 하고자 하 였다. 해당 컨설팅은 대학-산학협력단 간 거버넌스 체계를 강화하고, 산학협력단의 활동 확장 및 총괄ㆍ기획 기능을 강화 하는 등 산학협력단 기능의 재정비를 위함이다. 이를 위한 컨설팅 영역은 산학협력단 비전 및 발전방향, 산학협력단 기능 강화(연구지원, 산학협력), 산학협력단 전문성(질적 제고), 산학협력인프라, 산학협력단 자립화 등이다. 이 중 산학협력단의 비전과 발전방향은 산학협력단의 중요한 가치와 의미를 세운다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 탐색적인 연구로서 산학협력단의 비전과 발전방향에 초점을 둔 컨설팅 지표를 만드는데 초점을 두고자 한다.
