- Artificial intelligence presents many opportunities and possibilities in the field of language education, and accordingly, various educational methods using artificial intelligence technology are being studied. Among them, ChatGPT is receiving new attention in academia, but no actual research on teaching Korean writing using it has been done yet. Therefore, in this study, we designed a teaching and learning methods for Korean writing using ChatGPT and verified its effectiveness to suggest an effective method for improving foreign learners’ Korean writing skills. To this end, a 15-week study was conducted targeting 29 foreign learners at C University. Assignments (e-mail self-introduction, explanatory text, editorial text) were given to the learners, and they were asked to write through the process of ‘writing a draft, revising ChatGPT, and finally revising the teacher’. As a result, it was found that ChatGPT corrects learners’ lexical and grammatical errors and suggests correct writing composition plans. After that, learners’ learning experiences, perceptions, and effects were analyzed through pre and post evaluation along with survey. Therefore, it was confirmed that the writing teaching-learning method using ChatGPT has an effect on the improvement of learners’ writing ability, and that learners have a positive perception of this educational method. However, efforts should be made to educate learners on ethics so that learners do not rely too much on ChatGPT, and to develop and utilize anti-plagiarism programs. Artificial intelligence is a necessary existence for a more developed future, but since there are contrasts, using it effectively and researching ways to do so will be the current and future task.

- 인공지능은 언어 교육 분야에서 많은 기회와 가능성을 제시하고 있으며 이에 따라 최근 인공지능 기술을 활용한 다양한 교육 방법이 연구되고 있다. 그중 ChatGPT는 학계에서 새로운 주목을 받고 있는데 아직 이를 활용한 실질적인 한국어 쓰기 교육 연구는 이루어지지 않았다. 이에 본 연구에서는 ChatGPT를 활용한 한국어 글쓰기 교수-학습 방안을 설계하고 그 효과를 검증하여, 외국인 학습자의 한국어 작문 실력 향상을 위한 효과적인 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 C대학의 외국인 학습자 29명을 대상으로 15주간 관련 연구를 수행하였다. 학습자에게 과제(e-mail 자기소개, 설명문, 논설문)를 부여하고 ‘초고쓰기, ChatGPT 수정, 교사 최종 수정’의 과정을 거쳐 글을 쓰도록 하였다. 그 결과 ChatGPT는 학습자의 어휘, 문법 오류를 수정하고 올바른 글쓰기 구성 방안을 제시해 준다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그 후 설문조사와 사전-사후 평가를 통해 학습자의 학습경험, 인식 및 효과를 분석하였다. 그리하여 ChatGPT를 활용한 글쓰기 교수-학습 방안이 학습자의 작문 능력 향상에 영향을 미치며 학습자는 이러한 교육 방안에 대해 긍정적인 인식을 가지고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 하지만 학습자가 ChatGPT를 지나치게 의지하지 않도록 학습자의 윤리 교육에 힘쓰고 표절 방지 프로그램을 개발 및 활용하도록 해야 한다. 인공지능은 보다 발전된 미래를 위해 필요한 존재이지만 명암이 존재하기에 이를 효과적으로 사용하고 그 방안을 연구하는 것이 현재, 그리고 미래의 과제가 될 것이다.

- 한국문예창작학회(The Society of Korean Literary Creative Writing)는 한국 문학의 새 지평을 열기 위해 문예창작 이론과 문예교육 이론을 연구 계발하여 문 예창작의 새로운 방향을 제시하고자 조직한 학술단체입니다. 전국 대학과 대학원 문예창작 관련학과의 전·현직 전임교수·겸임(초빙)교수· 강 사·대학원 재학 이상자 및 문예창작인들이 회원으로 활동하고 있습니다. 학회의 목적에 적극적으로 동의하는 문학 관련 단체나 문학창작 동호인도 준회원으로 참 여하고 있습니다. 연 2회 학회지를 발간해 학문적 기반을 닦고 있으며, 정기적으로 학술 세미나 와 해외 문학 심포지엄 등 학술 발표회를 개최하여 학문적 교류와 토론의 장을 넓히고 있습니다. 한편으로, 문예창작 캠프·문학기행 등의 창작교육 활동과 창작 학습 행사를 수 시로 진행하면서, 창작·창작이론·창작교육에 관한 활동의 범위를 넓히고 있습니다. 별도로, 문예창작 교육을 받은 문예창작학도들의 진로 개발을 위해 '문예교육지도 교사 자격 시험'도 운영하고 있습니다. The Society of Korean Literary Creative Writing is a pure academic association for the literary cretive writing, and was organized on November 11, 2001 for the purpose of presenting the new direction of literary creative writing by studying all the methods to activate and develop the theories of literary creative writing and its education. Our society is composed of professors or ex-professors, some invited professor, lecturers, graduate students of the dept. of literary creative writing as regular members, and the persons interested in our program as associative members. Our society holds an annual academic meeting-- literary symposium, literary creative writing seminar-- and publishes the journal of our society and our members' anthology of literary works. Added to these, our society has already started a new project to open the way for our literary juniors by providing them with a certificate as a leader and holding a forum for literary creative writing.
