The purpose of this study is to present basic data and implications to improve the security performance of court security officers. To this end, job engagement was set as an independent variable, organizational commitment as a mediator variable, and security performance as a dependent variable by considering previous studies and books. In addition, questionnaires were distributed to court security officers working in the jurisdiction of the Seoul, Daegu, and Busan High Court from May 24, 2023, to June 7, 2023, and a total of 232 questionnaires were collected. The causal relationship between variables was identified using AMOS 25.0, and 209 questionnaires were finally analyzed, excluding 23 questionnaires that were unfaithfully answered. The results of the statistical analysis of this study are as follows. First, job engagement had a positive(+) effect on organizational commitment. Second, organizational commitment had a positive(+) effect on security performance. Third, job engagement did not have a positive(+) effect on security performance. Fourth, job engagement had a positive(+) effect on security performance by completely mediating organizational commitment. In other words, in order to improve security performance, job engagement, and organizational commitment must be increased. Therefore, the implications of this study are as follows. In order to enhance job engagement, the court administration should make efforts to identify the needs and grievances of court security managers and consult with related agencies to exempt the first examination of ‘security instructor'. In addition, in order to enhance organizational commitment, the court administration should take measures such as admitting court security officers' similar careers in the private sector at the organizational level. In addition, the leader of the court security officer of the Supreme Court and courts of all levels should increase organizational commitment by introducing a fair personnel system and taking care of court security officers with careful attention and encouragement.

본 연구는 법원보안관리대원의 보안성과를 높이기 위한 기초자료와 시사점을 제시하는 것에 그 목적을 두고 있으며 이를 위해 선행연구와 서적 등을 고찰하여 직무열의를 독립변수, 조직몰 입을 매개변수, 보안성과를 종속변수로 설정하였다. 그리고 변수 간의 인과관계를 규명하기 위 한 자료를 수집하기 위해 2023년 5월 24일부터 2023년 6월 7일까지 서울·대구·부산고등법원 관내에서 근무하는 법원보안관리대원에게 설문지를 배부하였고, 총 232부의 자료를 수거하였다. 변수 간의 인과관계는 AMOS 25.0을 사용해 규명하였으며, 수거한 자료 중 불성실하게 답변한 23부의 설문지를 제외한 209부의 자료를 최종적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 통계분석에 관한 결 과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무열의는 조직몰입에 정(+)적 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 조직몰입은 보안 성과에 정(+)적 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 직무열의는 보안성과에 정(+)적 영향을 미치지 않았다. 넷 째, 직무열의는 조직몰입을 통해 보안성과에 정(+)적 영향을 미쳐 완전매개 하였다. 즉, 보안성 과 제고를 위해서는 직무열의와 조직몰입을 높여야 한다. 그러므로 직무열의를 제고하기 위해 법원행정처는 법원보안관리대원의 니즈(Needs)와 고충을 파악하고, 경비지도사 1차 시험이 면제 되도록 관련 기관과 협의하는 등의 노력을 기울여야 한다는 시사점을 제시하였다. 더불어 조직 몰입 제고를 위해 법원행정처는 조직적 차원에서 법원보안관리대원의 민간유사경력을 호봉으로 인정하는 등의 조치를 취해야 한다는 시사점을 제시하였다. 또한, 대법원 및 각급 법원의 법원보 안관리대장은 공정한 인사시스템을 도입하고, 세심한 관심과 격려로 법원보안관리대원을 보살피 는 등의 노력을 기울여 조직몰입을 높여야 한다는 시사점을 제시하였다.
