This study aims to suggest a plan to strengthen the start-up capabilities by operating non-curriculum start-up club on the university students' core competencies. G-University non-curricular program, start-up club operation activities and performance analysis, college student education consumer satisfaction was investigated, and the statistical analysis program SPSS was used. This study proposed a competency model for start-up club that is in line with the university's talent image and educational goals, and based on the IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) analysis of the non-curricular program satisfaction items of university education demanders, it was found that it affects the implementation of the university's talent image and the promotion of core competencies. We also proposed a research plan for strengthening core competencies to see how start-up-related non-curricular programs that improve the core competencies of university students.

본 논문은 대학생의 핵심역량 증진에 미치는 비 교과 창업동아리 운영에 따른 창업역량강화 연구방안을 제시하고자 한다. G 대학교 비 교과 프로그램인 창업동아리 운영 활동 및 성과 분석을 하였고, 대학생 교육수요자 만족도를 조사하였고 통계분석 프로그램 SPSS를 이용하였다. 대학의 인재상과 교육목표에 부합하는 창업동아리 역 량모델을 제시하였고, 대학교 교육수요자 비교과 프로그램 만족도 항목을 IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis) 분석한 결과 대학의 인재상 구현 및 핵심역량 증진에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 대학생 핵심역량 증진에 미치는 창업관련 비교과 프로그램이 실제 학생들에게 어떠한 역량을 키워주는지 핵심역량 강화 연구 방안도 제시하였다.

    Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
