This study attempted to explore keywords and topic changes for ‘School Violence’ using text mining techniques. We collected 107,267 data on school violence from 2008 to 2022 using the news big data analysis system Big KINDS, and compared and analyzed keyword changes by dividing the entire period three times every five years. The results of the analysis by period were visualized as word clouds, and the main keyword network was visualized by analyzing the connection centrality and prestige centrality between major keywords. The implications of combining these are as follows. First, the subject of solving the school violence problem has changed from solving school violence cases to solving school violence relationships. Second, the types of school violence recognized have diversified and the sensitivity to violence has increased. Finally, social consensus has spread due to changes in perception of the seriousness of school violence.

본 연구는 텍스트마이닝 기법을 활용하여 학교폭력에 대한 키워드와 주제 변화를 탐색하고자 뉴스 빅데 이터 분석시스템 빅카인즈를 활용하여 2008년부터 2022년까지의 학교폭력 관련 뉴스 107,267개의 데이터를 수집 하였다. 전체 기간을 5년 단위, 3개 시기로 나누어 키워드 변화를 비교·분석하였고, 주요 키워드를 워드 클라우드 로 시각화하였으며, 키워드 간 중심성분석을 실시하여 네트워크를 시각화하였다. 연구 결과, 전체 기간에 상위 10 개 키워드는 ‘학교폭력’, ‘학교’, ‘학생’, ‘예방’, ‘교육’, ‘교육청’, ‘청소년’, ‘경찰서’, ‘경찰’, ‘센터’ 순으로 나타났고, 시 기별 특징된 주요 키워드로 1시기에는 ‘교사’, ‘대책’, ‘근절’, ‘자살’, ‘해결’ 등이, 2시기에는 ‘캠페인’, ‘근절’, ‘교사’, ‘전담’, ‘홍보’ 등이, 3시기에는 ‘상담’, ‘피해’, ‘캠페인’, ‘온라인’, ‘폭로’ 등이 도출되었다. 이를 종합한 함의로는 첫째, 학교폭력 문제 해결에 대한 주체가 학교폭력 사건 해결에서 학교폭력 관계 해결의 관점으로 변화되었으며, 둘째, 학교폭력으로 인식하는 유형이 다양화되고 폭력에 대한 민감도가 높아졌다. 마지막으로 학교폭력의 심각성에 대한 인식의 변화로 사회적 공감대가 확산되었다.

INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
