The Cheongjuhanssisebo, owned by the Korean Jokbo Museum, is the first comprehensive genealogy of the Cheongju Han Clan, published in 1617. Cheongjuhanssisebo was compiled in the early 17th century, but it has a method of writing the man’s name first, which is common in the genealogy of the late Joseon Dynasty, and a method of recording only the man’s children. Like this, Cheongjuhanssisebo has value as an old book that can examine the aspects of genealogy publication in the early and middle Joseon Dynasty, but it was only used at the level of being cited in other studies. Therefore, in order to find out the various characteristics of Cheongjuhanssisebo, the collections of Keimyung University, National Library of Korea, and Kyujanggak Institue for Korean Studies, which have been identified so far, were compared with those of the Korean Jokbo Museum. As a result, it was confirmed that the edition was the same, but the detailed contents such as some supplementary engravings and missing pages were different, and the collection of the Korean Jokbo Museum contained the most information along with the collection of Kyujanggak Institue for Korean Studies.

한국족보박물관 소장 ｢청주한씨세보(淸州韓氏世譜)｣는 1617년에 간행된 청주한씨 가문 최초의 종합보이다. ｢청주한씨세보｣는 17세기 초기에 간행되었음에도 조선 후기 족보에서 보편적으로 나타나는 선남후녀(先男後女) 방식의 계보 기술과 본손의 이름만을 계보에 싣는 동성보(同姓譜)의 형태를 갖추고 있다. 이처럼 ｢청주한씨세보｣는 조선 초중기 족보 간행 양상을 살펴볼 수 있는 고서로서의 가치를 지니고 있음에도 다른 연구에 인용되는 수준에서 활용되었을 뿐이었다. 따라서 ｢청주한씨세보｣가 갖는 여러 특징을 밝혀내기 위해 한국족보박물관과 더불어 현재까지 확인된 계명대학교, 국립중앙도서관, 서울대학교 규장각 소장본들을 비교 분석하였다. 연구의 결과 판본은 같지만 일부 보각 및 낙장 등 세부적인 내용이 다른 것으로 확인되었으며, 한국족보박물관 소장본은 서울대학교 규장각 소장본과 더불어 가장 많은 정보가 담겨 있었다.
