The Wonjong-munryu was compiled by Uicheon and was published around 1088, jointly corrected by Hwaeom scholars. The Wonjong-munryu is a total of 22 volumes, and currently woodblock edition volume 1, manuscript edition volume 14, and volume 22 are extant. Volume 1 of Wonjong-munryu is presumed to be a reprinted or Repairing Edition of the 15th century Gangyeongdogam. This paper compared and analyzed the 26 prefaces included in Volume 1 of Wonjong-munryu by categorizing and correlating them based on the existence of materials that were published and circulated during the Goryeo Dynasty. There are 11 copies of prefaces that were published and circulated during the Goryeo Dynasty, 12 copies without any existing materials from the same period, and 3 copies that are the only available sources with no other prefaces to compare them to. There were various types of character differences found between Wonjong-munryu and other comparative materials. The Wonjong-munryu was found to be generally free from errors and have clear expressions, which is presumed to be due to its faithful compilation and correction of the original texts.

｢원종문류｣ 22권 가운데 현전하는 권1, 권14, 권22를 대교 및 교감하여 정본화하는 연구의 일환으로 권1의 서지적 특징을 확인하고 본문 내용에 대해서는 문자이동의 대교를 통해 교감하였다. ｢원종문류｣는 고려전기 대각국사 의천이 편정하고 화엄 교학자들과 공동으로 교정하여 1088년 무렵 간행하였다. ｢원종문류｣는 22권으로 편찬되었고, 현재 목판본 권1, 필사본 권14, 권22가 현전한다. 권1의 현전본은 15세기 간경도감 중수본 또는 후쇄본으로 추정된다. ｢원종문류｣ 권1의 대교 및 교감은 ｢제부발제류｣의 서문 등 발제류 26건에 대해 고려시대에 간행 및 유통되어 현전하는 자료의 유무로 구분하여 대교하고 교감하였다. 고려시대 간행 및 유통 대교본이 있는 11건, 고려시대 간행 및 유통 대교본이 없는 12건, 기타 대교 대상이 없는 국내외 유일의 자료가 3건이다. 대교 및 교감 결과 ｢원종문류｣와 대교본 간 다양한 형태의 이문이 확인되었다. ｢원종문류｣가 전반적으로 오자가 없고 문의가 명확한데 이는 저본을 충실히 교정하여 편찬하였기 때문으로 판단된다.
