The bio industry is a technology-intensive, high value-added industry in which securing original technology is very important and the proportion of research and development is very large, and it can be said to be a next-generation growth engine industry that countries around the world are supporting and fostering through policy. Gyeongsangbuk-do has the highest proportion of primary industries consisting of agriculture, forestry, and fishery, making it an important supplier in the bio-food sector. However, most bio-food companies in Gyeongsangbuk-do are domestic companies, and the export ratio is low. Thus, this study aims to find out what are the important factors in export through AHP analysis for bio-food companies in Gyeongsangbuk-do and what parts must be satisfied with detailed support policies. The summary of the analyses results is as follows. First, the most important support field for vitalizing the export of domestic companies is the company's export capability. In addition, export activity and overseas marketing support policy were found to be important in that order. Second, as a result of analyzing the importance of the detailed factors of a company's export capability, the export will of CEO and employees was the most important in companies with export experience, but the importance of product competitiveness was the highest in companies without export experience. Third, in the result of analyzing the importance of detailed factors of export support policy, logistics/local network support was found to be the most important in all cases. In addition, companies with export experience judged risk management to be more important, but companies without export experience considered professional manpower training to be more important. Fourth, in all cases of overseas marketing support policies, the importance of overseas market research and analysis was the highest. Companies with export experience consider business agency and consulting to be more important, but those without export experience judge that support for participation in exhibitions/expositions is more important.

바이오산업은 원천기술 확보가 매우 중요하고 연구개발 비중이 매우 큰 기술집약적 고부가가치 산업으로 세계 각국이 정책적으로 지원 및 육성하고 있는 차세대 성장 동력 산업이라고 할 수 있다. 경상북도는 농업, 임업, 어업으로 이루어진 1차 산업의 비중이 가장 높게 나타나고 있어 바이오식품 분야의 중요 공급처라고 할 수 있다. 하지만 경상북도 대부분의 바이오식품기업은 내수기업에 해당하 고, 수출비중이 낮아 보다 적극적으로 해외시장에 진출하려는 노력이 필요한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 경상북도 내 바이오식품기업 을 대상으로 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 분석을 통해 수출에 있어서 중요한 요인은 무엇인지, 그리고 세부적인 지원정책으로 는 어떤 부분들이 충족되어야 하는지 살펴보고자 한다. 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 바이오식품산업에서 내수기업의 수출활성화를 위해 가장 중요한 지원분야는 기업의 수출 역량이라고 할 수 있다. 그리고 수출활동 지원정책, 해외마케팅 지원정책 순으로 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기업의 수출역량의 세부요인에 대한 중요도 분석결과 수출 경험이 있는 기업에서는 임직원 수출의지가 가장 중요도가 높았지만 수출 경험이 없는 기업에 서는 제품경쟁력의 중요도가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 수출활동 지원정책의 세부요인에 대한 중요도 분석결과에서는 모든 경우 물류/현지 네트워크 지원이 가장 중요도가 높게 나타났다. 또한 수출 경험이 있는 기업은 리스크 관리를 더 중요하게 판단하였 지만 수출 경험이 없는 기업은 전문인력양성/교육훈련이 더 중요하다고 보고 있다. 넷째, 해외마케팅 지원정책에서도 모든 경우 해외 시장조사 및 분석이 가장 중요도가 높게 나타났다. 수출 경험이 있는 기업들은 업무대행 및 컨설팅이 더 중요하다고 보고 있지만 수출 경험이 없는 경우 전시회/박람회 참가지원이 더 중요하다고 판단하고 있다.
