This study conducted AHP and Fuzzy-AHP analysis by comparing brokerage procedures and brokerage systems to prevent real estate brokerage accidents. The AHP analysis results and the Fuzzy-AHP analysis results show similar level of importance when comparing priorities. The results of the Fuzzy-AHP analysis show that the activation of exclusive brokerage shows the highest importance, in the order of mandatory preparation of general brokerage contracts, strengthening electronic contracts, the need for education of ordinary citizens, and strengthening education of licensed real estate agents. In order to prevent accidents in real estate brokerage, the parts related to the preparation in the brokerage procedure were confirmed to be of high importance. Exclusive brokerage services related to brokerage procedures, mandatory preparation of general brokerage contracts, and electronic contract preparation were identified as important factors in preventing real estate brokerage accidents.

이 연구는 부동산중개사고의 예방을 위하여 중개절차와 중개제도를 비교하여 AHP 및 Fuzzy-AHP 분석을 진행하였다. AHP 분석결과와 Fuzzy-AHP 분석 결과는 중요도의 비 교에 있어서 유사한 중요도를 보여주고 있다. Fuzzy–AHP 분석의 결과를 살펴보면 전속중개의 활성화가 가장 높은 중요도를 보여주 고 있으며, 일반중개계약서 작성의 의무화, 전자계약서의 강화, 일반시민의 교육의 필요 성, 공인중개사 교육의 강화순으로 중요도를 확인하였다. 부동산중개사고의 예방을 위하 여 중개절차에서 계약서작성에 관련되는 부분이 중요도가 높은 순으로 확인되었다. 중개 절차에 관련되는 전속중개, 일반중개계약서작성의 의무화, 전자계약서의 작성이 부동산중 개사고를 예방할 수 있는 중요한 요인으로 측정되었다.
