In this paper, the educational activities of the Choi Yongshin Memorial Hall were considered by dividing them into history of the activities, educational contents analysis, and education direction suggestions. The contents of the paper can be summarized as follows. First, Choi Yongshin Memorial Hall's educational activities first began in 2008 with exhibition-linked education for . Since then, education has been conducted under the theme of Samgol Training Center and Samgol Training Center sports day, where Choi Yongshin was active. Since 2013, educational activities have been divided into infants, children, adolescents, and adults. Since 2017, ecological experience activities have been conducted using Sangnoksu Park, where the Choi Yongshin Memorial Hall is located. Online education has also been actively conducted since 2020. In addition, it connects the community with the Choi Yongshin Memorial Hall through education-related events. Second, from 2011 to 2022, the Choi Yongshin Memorial Hall provides about 100 to 300 education sessions every year. There were about 2,000 to 4,000 educational participants every year. After operating each education, the educator prepared a result report including education evaluation. There were positive reviews for forming intimacy in early childhood education, having fun while learning a historical character named Choi Yongshin in children's education, inducing active participation of students in youth education, and connecting participants' experiences and education in adult education. Third, the Choi Yongshin Memorial Hall should actively utilize the locality of the space where the memorial is located. This is not only the Choi Yongshin Memorial Hall and Sangnoksu Park, but also the space from Sangnoksu Station to the Choi Yongshin Memorial Hall. The contents of the education should start with an understanding of Choi Yongshin, and include people around Choi Yongshin, historical photos and materials related to Choi Yongshin. In particular, the educational activities of the Choi Yong-shin Memorial Hall should be well aware of the emotions of the educational participants. Contents that can be well connected to emotions include Choi Yongshin's will.

이 논문에서는 최용신기념관 교육을 교육활동 연혁, 교육에 대한 평가 분석, 교육의 방향등으로 나누어 고찰하였다. 논문의 내용은 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 최용신기념관 교육 활동은 2008년 <새로운 책, 옛 교과서> 전시 연계교육으로 처음 시작되었다. 이후 최용신 선생이 활동 했던 샘골강습소를 주제로 한 <샘골 강습소를 지어라>, 샘골강습소 운 동회를 주제로 한 <내 친구 박물관> 등의 다양한 교육활동이 진행되고 있다. 2013년부터는 교육 활동을 유아, 어린이, 청소년, 성인 등으로 나누 어서 진행하고 있다. 특히 상록초등학교와 연계하여 진행하는 학교연계 교육도 2014년부터는 학년별로 주제를 구분하고 있다. 2017년부터는 최 용신기념관이 위치하고 있는 상록수공원을 활용하는 생태체험 활동을 진 행하였고, 2020년부터는 온라인 교육도 적극적으로 진행하고 있다. 아울 러, 교육관련 행사를 통해 최용신기념관과 지역사회를 연결하고 있다. 둘째, 최용신 기념관은 2011년부터 2022년까지 매년 100회에서 300회 내외의 교육을 진행하고 있으며, 매년 2천명에서 4천명 내외의 교육참가 자가 있었다. 최용신기념관은 학예연구사 등이 전시 등의 업무를 담당하 면서 교육 활동을 함께 진행하고 있다. 교육 프로그램은 각 교육을 운영한 이후에 교육평가를 포함한 결과보고서를 작성하였다. 유아교육에서 친밀 감을 형성한 것, 어린이교육에서 최용신이라는 역사적 인물을 배우면서 즐거운 체험을 하는 것, 청소년교육에서 학생들의 적극적인 참여를 유도 한 것, 성인교육에서 참여자의 경험과 교육을 연결시킨 것 등에서 긍정적 평가가 있었다. 셋째, 최용신기념관은 기념관이 위치한 공간의 장소성을 적극적으로 활용해야 한다. 이는 최용신기념관과 상록수공원 뿐만 아니라 상록수역 에서부터 최용신기념관까지 이르는 공간이다. 교육 내용은 최용신 선생 에 대한 이해에서 출발하여, 최용신 선생의 주변 사람들, 최용신 선생과 관련된 역사적 사진, 자료 등을 포함해야 한다. 특히 최용신기념관의 교육 활동은 교육 참가자들의 감정을 잘 인지해야 한다. 감정과 잘 연결될 수 있는 내용은 최용신의 유언 등이 있으며, 최용신기념관을 둘러싼 공간에 도 수많은 감정적 연결고리가 있다.
