The purpose of this study was to examine the components for hybrid identity of Koreyin youth immigrants using the Delphi method. A group of 14 expert panel of immigrant and multiculturalism suggested components for hybrid identity of Koreyin youth immigrants and evaluated the content validity and consensus of each item of components. An expert panel suggested and finalized the list of components for hybrid identity of Koreyin youth immigrants, including 29 items in six components. Specifically, six components for hybrid identity of Koreyin youth immigrants were social connectedness, communication ability, positive attitude, cultural knowledge, cultural understanding, and cultural flexibility. These components interact with each other to form the hybrid identity of Koreyin youth immigrants. Lastly, the limitations, implication of this study and suggestions for future research are discussed based on the results of the study.

본 연구에서는 고려인 중도입국 청소년의 혼성적 정체성을 구성하는 요인을 탐 색하기 위하여 델파이 조사를 하였다. 이를 위해 이주민 및 다문화 전문가 14명을 전문가 패널로 구성하여 고려인 중도입국 청소년의 혼성적 정체성을 구성하는 요 인을 제안하고, 이에 대한 필요도 및 중요도를 평가하며 전문가적 합의를 거쳤다. 연구 결과, 총 6개의 구성요인과 29개의 문항이 고려인 중도입국 청소년의 혼성 적 정체성의 구성요인으로 추출되었다. 구체적으로, ‘사회적 연결’, ‘의사소통 능 력’, ‘긍정적 태도’, ‘문화적 지식’, ‘문화적 이해’, ‘문화적 유연성’ 등 6개의 구성요 인이 제시되었는데, 이러한 6개의 구성요인이 상호 작용하여 고려인 중도입국 청 소년의 혼성적 정체성을 구성하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 연구 결과를 바탕 으로 본 연구의 제한점과 의의 및 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.
