The purpose of this study is to examine their identity and analyze their meaning through the narratives of the transfer experience of the Salpuri Dance according to the changes in the intangible cultural property system. It was judged that narrative exploration was the most suitable research method of this study in terms of being able to most effectively derive the meaning of the subject's experience. Five people who taught Salpuri dance in different environments were selected and the study was conducted according to the procedure of narrative exploration. As a result of the narrative analysis, it was confirmed that it formed a fluid identity that continued to change, sometimes conflicted, and negotiated, rather than a single identity in the context of cultural property dance transfer. Salpuri dance transfer education will achieve the goal of true transfer education when the students are given sufficient opportunities to grow and expand their own art through Salpuri dance, and further grow and self-realization through identity recognition.

본 연구의 목적은 무형문화재 제도 변화에 따른 살풀이춤 전수자들의 전수경험의 내러티브를 통해 그들의 정 체성을 살펴보고 그 의미를 분석하는데 있다. 내러티브 탐구가 주체가 가지고 있는 경험의 의미를 가장 효과적 으로 이끌어낼 수 있다는 측면에서 본 연구의 연구방법으로 가장 적합하다고 판단하였다. 각기 다른 환경의 살 풀이춤 전수자 5명을 선정하여 내러티브 탐구의 절차에 따라 연구를 진행하였다. 내러티브 분석 결과, 문화재 춤 전수 맥락에서 단일적인 정체성이 아닌, 계속해서 변화하며 때로는 갈등하고 협상하는 유동적인 정체성을 형성해 나감을 확인할 수 있었다. 살풀이춤 전수교육은 전수자들의 기량의 성장은 물론 살풀이춤을 통한 자기 예술의 성장과 확장, 나아가 정체성 인식을 통한 자신 스스로의 성장과 자아실현의 기회가 충분히 주어질 때 진정한 전수 교육의 목표를 성취할 수 있을 것이다.
