This study analyzed annual research trends and research contents, focusing on a total of 10 thesis and academic studies sampled by the Korea Educational Information Service (RISS) over the past 15 years. First, integrated art therapy research for the elderly with dementia is very insufficient. Second, the main core of the study was "dementia and integrated art therapy," and the criteria for each subject of the study were "the elderly with mild dementia who were 65 years of age or older who could easily control behavior and communicate." Third, various experimental designs and fundamental approaches to integrated art to prevent dementia are insufficient, but there is a perspective on the effectiveness of each degree to improve the quality of life in old age. Based on the research analysis from these three perspectives, we look forward to the proposals and achievements of various programs to verify the effectiveness of improving the academic approach and quality of life in the field of art integrated therapy in an ultra-aged society.

이 연구는 국내 치매노인을 대상 통합예술치료 연구 동향을 최근 15년 간 한국교육학술정보원(RISS)검색을 통 해 표본 추출된 총 10편의 학위논문과 학술연구 중 8편의 연구사례를 중심으로 연도별 연구 동향과 연구내용 분석을 한 결과 첫째, 다양한 분야의 학문적 통합접근에서 치매노인 대상 통합예술치료 연구는 매우 미흡한 영 역이다. 둘째, 연구의 주된 핵심은 ‘치매와 통합예술치료’로 연구의 대상별 기준은 65세 이상의 ‘행동 통제가 용이하고 의사소통 가능한 경증치매노인이 주류를 이뤘다. 셋째, 치매예방을 위한 다양한 실험설계와 통합예술 의 근본적인 접근이 미흡하나 노후의 삶의 질 향상을 위한 정도별 효과성에 관점이 있다. 이러한 3가지 관점의 연구 분석을 토대로 초 고령사회에서 예술통합치료 영역의 학문적 접근과 삶의 질 향상을 위한 효과검증 차원 의 다양한 프로그램의 제안과 성과를 기대한다.
