This research was conducted in collaboration with the 90th anniversary of Yoon Bong-gil Basic Musical and History Subject Integration Musical Program, which was implemented at a local middle school for all middle school third graders. I tried to study the effects of art education on students' tenacity and cooperative spirit, while making a musical with the theme of , experiencing the process and making it a performance. For this reason, 159 students from Deoksan Middle School located in Yesan-gun will study the life and thought of Yoon Bong-gil in three fields: acting, choreography, and chorus, with two professors in each field. Then, based on the content, he led the musical practice and performance. As a result of the research, we reached some breaking points and then made some recommendations for research. First, it is difficult to generalize because the study was conducted at a school. Second, it is difficult to measure long-term changes in learners because of what is done in the short term. Third, a comprehensive study that considers a variety of variables, limited to students' toughness and cooperative mental content, seems necessary. However, through musical practice and performance participation, students will understand Yoon Bong-gil's thought, recognize the importance of community and the need for cooperation, respect each other's abilities, and work together to achieve common goals. I experienced. This instills in students resilience and a collaborative spirit, important competencies in a modern society that requires cooperation with others as well as independence that is emphasized in the school curriculum. In addition, the participation of all students helps to maintain uniformity and equality, and the participation of all students contributes to resilience education through consideration and communication. It is judged that the education program considering the effect of education can give a lot of help to the education of junior high school students because it provided an opportunity to enhance creativity by improving artistic sense and expressive power. In the future, through organic cooperation between the local community and the school, it will be a great help in boosting the knowledge and resilience of the students.

본 연구는 지역의 한 중학교에서 실시한 중학교 3학년 전체를 대상으로 한 윤봉길 의거 90주년 기념 ‘교과연계 음악·역사 교과 융합 뮤지컬 프로그램’과 연계하여 지역의 역사 인물인 윤봉길을 주제로 뮤 지컬을 만들어가는 과정을 체험하고 공연화 하면서 예술교육이 학생들의 인성과 협동 정신 함양에 미치 는 효과를 연구하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 예산군에 소재한 덕산중학교 3학년 전체 159명을 대상으로 연 기, 안무, 합창으로 3개 분야로 각 분야별 2명 총 6명의 교수자가 윤봉길의 생애와 사상을 지도하고, 해 당 내용을 바탕으로 한 뮤지컬 연습과 공연을 주도하였다. 연구결과 뮤지컬 연습과 공연 참여를 통해 학 생들은 윤봉길의 사상을 이해하고, 공동체의 중요성과 협동의 필요성을 깨달았으며, 서로의 능력을 존중 하고 협력하여 공동 목표의 달성을 경험했다. 또한, 모든 학생의 참여함으로써 균일성과 평등성을 유지 된다는 점과 전체 참여로 배려와 소통으로 인성교육에 도움이 되며 협동 정신이 함양된다는 점, 공연을 직접 경험하고 창작하는 과정을 통해 예술적 감각과 표현력 향상으로 창의성을 증진 시킬 수 있는 기회 를 제공했다는 점에서 교육의 효과를 고려한 교육 프로그램은 중학생들의 교육에 많은 도움을 줄 수 있 을 것이라 사료 된다. 그러나 몇 가지 한계점에 도달하였고 이후 연구를 위해 몇 가지를 제언하였다. 연 구 결과가 일반화가 가능한지에 대한 문제는 외부 타당성(external validity)과 관련된 중요한 이슈이다. 이를 극복하기 위해 다중 지역 연구(multi-site study)를 수행하거나, 다양한 학교 수준과 교육 체계에서 비슷한 유형의 프로그램을 진행하여 보다 긴 기간 동안 학습자들의 장기적인 변화를 추적하는 장기 연구 (longitudinal study)를 수행할 필요도 있다. 마지막으로 학생들의 인성과 협동 정신 함양에 국한되어 다양 한 변수를 고려한 포괄적인 결과를 도출할 수 있는 연구 설계의 개선이 요구된다. 더불어 본 연구는 지 역사회와 학교 간의 유기적인 연계를 통해 학생들의 지식과 인성을 함양하는 데 큰 도움이 되는 사례라 하겠다.
