This study was conducted to establish a technology commercialization system away from expert-centered technology commercialization activities for technological innovation of smaller enterprises. In this study, technologies related to convergence were derived using the analysis of patent networks of companies and technologies in the Gwangju Innopolis. In order to search core convergence technologies, we conducted co-classification analysis using Korea Standard Industrial Classification(KSIC) code of companies and International Patent Classification(IPC) code of public research Institutes in the Gwangju Innopolis. And also, industry keywords were discovered by performing topic modeling using the summary of related to core convergence patents. Finally, this study uses patent impact index(PII) and technology strength(TS) index for checking the quality and quantitative superiority of the derived convergence patents in Gwangju Innopolis. Based on this, this study presents the method of a systematic technology marketing and specialized filed of the technology in Gwangju Innopolis.

공공기술 이전 및 사업화를 통한 중소기업의 기술혁신을 위해, 전문가 중심의 활동 의존도를 낮추고 체계적인 공공기술의 사업화 지원이 중요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 연구개발특구 내 기업과 공공기술의 특허 네트워크 분석을 바탕으로 융·복합 관련 핵심 공공기술을 도출했다. 핵심 융합기술을 도출하기 위해 광주연구개발특구 입주기업의 표준산업분류(KSIC)코드와 국제특허분류(IPC) 코드를 활용하여 동시분류 분석을 통해 핵심 융합기술을 확인했다. 이후 토픽 모델링을 수행하여 발굴한 키워드 중심으로 F21V(조명장치), G02B(광학소재), H01L(반도체부품)이 핵심 기술로 도출되었다. 특허 향지수와 기술력 지수를 활용하여 해당 기술의 질적·양적 우위를 분석한 결과, 광주연구개발특구의 특화분야가 광융합산업임이 확인되었다. 이에 대한 시사점과 향후 연구방향도 함께 제시했다.
