This study examined trends in technology transfer & commercialization research and also examined the relationship between academic research topics and government policy directions. 239 papers published in domestic journals from 2001 to 2017 were analyzed by literature review method. We analyzed trends by setting the publication time, research topic, research subject, research method, and academic field as the criteria of analysis and also examined the relationship between the research topic and policy direction of technology transfer & commercialization stimulus plan. As a result of the research, the proportion of the technology transfer & commercialization research paper among the total papers increased by 443%, and there were high level of association between government policy and academic research topics in each of the five stmulus plan periods. The results of this study provide meaningful implications for policy makers and academic researchers both.

본 연구는 기술이전·사업화 관련 연구경향을 파악하고, 학술분야의 연구주제와 정부정책방향 간 연관성을 검토하였다. 2001년-2017년까지를 연구대상기간으로 설정하고, 국내 학술지에 발표된 239편의 논문을 수집하여 문헌고찰방법으로 분석하였다. 분석의 준거로 논문게재시기, 연구주제, 연구대상, 연구방법, 학술분야를 설정하여 경향분석을 하였고, 연구주제와 기술이전· 사업화 촉진계획 정책방향 간의 연관성을 검토하였다. 연구결과, 전체논문 중 기술이전·사업화 연구의 비중이 제1차 촉진기간 대비 제5차 촉진기간에 443% 증대되었으며, 5차에 걸친 촉진계 획 각 기간마다 정부정책과제와 학술분야의 연구주제 간에 높은 수준의 연관성이 있음이 나타났 다. 본 연구의 결과는 정책입안자와 학술분야 연구자 모두에게 의미있는 시사점을 제공한다.
