In order to actively cope with the structural reorganization of the economic society and the environmental crisis, it is important to actively inject finances into the green industry, develop technologies, and foster future talent to create jobs along with drastic deregulation. In order to foster talented people in the green industry, it is necessary to classify major jobs in the green industry first. Next, it is necessary to systematically understand the future prospects of green jobs through in-depth analysis of major jobs in the green industry. Therefore, in this study, the job prospects of 47 green jobs were investigated through a survey of 309 people, including experts, and an empirical analysis was conducted accordingly. As a result of the analysis, the career prospects of 47 green jobs were derived, which can provide basic data and foundation for establishing policy directions and systems such as education and training planning for future green industry talent development. In particular, considering the promise of green jobs specialized in the manufacturing industry, it can be seen that it is necessary to revitalize green jobs in the service industry.

경제사회의 구조적 개편과 환경 위기에 능동적으로 대처하기 위해서는 녹색 산업 분야에 대한 적극적인 재정 투입과 기술 개발, 과감한 규제철폐와 더불어 일자리를 창출할 미래의 인재 육성이 중요하다. 녹색산업 인재 를 육성하기 위해서는 우선적으로 녹색산업 분야 주요 직업을 분류하여 특성화할 필요가 있다. 다음으로 녹색산업 주요 직업에 대한 심층 분석을 통해 녹색 직업의 미래 유망성을 체계적으로 평가할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에 서는 전문가를 포함한 309명의 설문조사를 통해 47개 녹색직업의 직업유망성을 평정하도록 하였고 이에 따른 실 증분석을 진행하였다. 분석 결과, 47개 녹색직업의 직업 유망성을 도출하였으며 이는 향후 녹색 산업 분야 인재 육성을 위한 체계 마련 및 교육훈련 기획 등의 정책적 방향을 수립하는데 기초 자료 및 기반을 제공할 수 있다. 특히 제조업 분야에 특화된 녹색 직업의 유망성을 고려할 때 향후 서비스업의 녹색직업의 활성화를 위한 정책적 지원이 필요함을 확인할 수 있다.

    Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
