Organizational Culture of Early Childhood Education Institutions and Early Childhood Teachers’ A Study on the Mediating Effect of Organizational Health in the Relationship between Organizational Commitment
The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of organizational health in the relationship between organizational culture and organizational commitment of early childhood teachers working in early childhood education institutions. The subjects of this study were 294 early childhood teachers working at an early childhood education institution in D region, and a survey was conducted using organizational culture, organizational commitment, and organizational health scales. For data analysis, the SPSS 19.0 program was used, correlation analysis, and stepwise regression analysis were applied according to the research question. The research results are as follows. First, the early childhood teachers' organizational culture, organizational commitment, and organizational health showed significant results. Second, there was a significant positive correlation between organizational culture, organizational commitment and organizational health. Third, organizational health perceived by early childhood teachers was found to play a partial mediating role in the relationship between organizational culture and organizational commitment. 본 연구는 유아교육기관의 조직문화와 유아교사의 조직몰입의 관계에서 조직건강성의 매개 효과를 살펴 보는 것이다. 연구대상은 D지역 유아교육기관에 재직 중인 유아교사 294명이었으며, 조직문화, 조직몰입, 조직건강 성 척도를 사용하여 설문을 실시하였다. 수집한 자료는 SPSS 19.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교사들의 조직문화, 조직몰입, 조직건강성은 유의미한 결과가 나타났다. 둘째, 조직문화, 조 직몰입 및 조직건강성 간에는 정적 상호상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유아교사가 인식한 조직건강성은 조 직문화와 조직몰입과의 관계에서 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 유아교육기관의 조직문화와 유아교사가 인식하는 조직몰입간의 관계에서 유아교사의 조직건강성의 중요성에 대해 살펴본 연구로 조직몰입의 영향요인으로 유아교사의 조직건강성이 부분매개역할을 함을 밝혀냈다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
