In order for medical services provided to medical consumers to satisfy the needs of medical consumers and provide reliability, systematic system management must be performed. However, one of the key elements is quality control of medical imaging equipment. Medical quality management is a case where the concept of quality, which began in business administration, is applied to the health and medical fields, and is called by various terms such as quality management and quality assistance. A clear definition and classification of terms for medical quality management is required. On the other hand, it is necessary to prepare a control chart as a method of quality control, and the prepared control chart must be interpreted from a statistical perspective. In this study, these problems were pointed out and solutions were presented. Furthermore, the procedure for preparing a control chart using SPSS was introduced in detail to help related researchers. This study is expected to greatly contribute to the quality management activities of radiation-related medical imaging equipment conducted pursuant to Articles 37 and 38 of the Medical Laws.

제공되는 의료서비스가 의료소비자의 요구를 만족시키고 신뢰성을 제공하기 위해서는 체계적인 시스템 관리를 하여야 하는바, 그 핵심요소 중의 하나가 의료영상장비에 대한 품질관리이다. 의료품질관리는 경영학 등에 서 출발된 품질 개념이 보건·의료분야에 적용된 경우로, Quality management, Quality assurance 등 다양한 용 어로 불리고 있어, 용어에 대한 명확한 정의 및 분류가 요구된다. 나아가 품질관리의 수단으로 관리도 작성이 필 요하며, 작성된 관리도에 대해서는 통계적인 관점에서의 해석이 이루어져야 한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 지적하고 해결방안을 제시하였다. 나아가 SPSS를 활용하여 관리도를 작성하는 절차를 상세하게 소개함으로써 관 련 연구자들에게 도움을 주도록 하였다. 본 연구는 의료법 제37조와 제38조에 따라 실시되는 방사선 관련 의료영 상장비의 품질관리 활동에 크게 기여할 것으로 사료된다.

    Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
