In this study, we investigated the current casino emergency rescue system and conducted two interviews with each of three experts who had more than 20 years of experience working at two or more casinos in order to propose better improvement plans. In order to know in detail what kind of situation will occur in a special space, the casino selects a case study method that concentrates on one case, analyzes the content obtained through interviews, and extracts the main content. bottom. Questions about experience with emergency situations at casinos included alcohol and gambling in casinos, the presence of dangers in 24-hour operations, security personnel responding to emergency patients, and fear and hesitation when emergency patients occurred. There is a variety of emergency patient experience in the casino, and if an emergency patient occurs, the security personnel must respond to the emergency patient and share the emergency patient response experience, and the risk of extreme situations occurring in the casino. There is a possibility that customers and employees may develop emergency patients, the response of security personnel in the event of an emergency patient, and the call of emergency personnel through 119 contact, thus 9 contents were derived. In the question about the improvement plan of the casino's emergency rescue system, it is necessary to equip the casino with specialized equipment related to first aid, to have an emergency patient carrier space in the event of an emergency patient, to train specialist instructors in the company, and to provide regular first aid training by specialist instructors. It is necessary to have a business agreement with a nearby first aid agency, provide first aid education to all employees, and be able to respond quickly when an emergency patient occurs in the sales office. Five contents were derived in this way. Based on the results of this research, if the casino emergency rescue system is improved, it will be possible to provide customers with a more stable service and increase their confidence in safety.

본 연구에서는 현재의 카지노 응급구조 체계를 알아보고, 현재보다 나은 개선방안 을 제시하기 위해 2곳의 카지노 이상에서 20년 이상 업무를 경험한 전문가 3명에게 2회씩 면담을 실시하였다. 카지노라는 특수한 공간에서 어떠한 상황들이 발생하는지 에 대해 면밀히 알기 위해서 하나의 사례를 집중적으로 연구하는 사례연구 방법을 선정하였고, 면담을 통해 얻어진 내용을 분석하여 중심내용을 도출하였다. 카지노의 응급상황에 대한 경험을 묻는 질문에서는 카지노의 술과 도박, 24시간 운영에 대한 위험성 존재, 응급환자 발생 시 보안요원이 응급환자를 대응함, 응급환 자가 발생했을 때의 두려움과 주저함이 있음, 카지노에서 다양한 응급환자에 대한 경험이 있음, 응급환자 발생 시 보안요원들이 응급환자를 대응함, 응급환자 대응 경 험 공유가 필요함, 카지노에서는 극단적인 상황이 발생할 위험이 존재함, 고객과 직 원들의 응급환자 발생 가능성 존재, 응급환자 발생 시 보안요원의 대응 및 119연락을 통해 구급대원 호출, 이렇게 9가지 내용을 도출하였다. 카지노의 응급구조 체계의 개선방안에 대한 질문에서는 응급처치 관련 전문장비 구비, 응급환자 발생 시 응급 환자 캐어 공간 필요, 회사 내 전문 강사를 양성하여 전문 강사를 통한 응급처치 정기교육 실시, 주변 응급처치 전문기관과의 업무협약 필요, 모든 직원들에게 응급 처치 교육을 실시하여 영업장 내 응급환자 발생했을 때 신속하게 대응할 수 있도록 할 필요가 있음. 이렇게 5가지 내용이 도출되었다. 본 연구에서 도출된 내용을 바탕 으로 카지노의 응급구조 시스템이 개선이 된다면 고객들에게 좀 더 안정된 서비스를 제공하면서 안전에 대한 신뢰도를 높일 수 있을 것이라 사료된다.
