The purpose of this study is to recognize the curriculum by dividing it into three stages of 'development-deployment-realization' focusing on the agency, while providing an opportunity to look at the curriculum on a continuum rather than a segmentation. Furthermore, it aims to highlight in-depth the points to focus on for the successful operation of the 2022 Revised the National Curriculum in History. To this end, the curriculum was classified into three levels, and the agency of curriculum developers, textbook writers, subject teachers, and students was analyzed in detail, and historical capabilities, historical knowledge, and subject exploration were extracted to focus on the 2022 Revised the National Curriculum in History. History educators should ask and answer questions and predict the positive and negative aspects of historical competence, historical knowledge, and research for historical issues in a meta-level.

이 연구의 목적은 행위주체를 중심으로 교육과정을‘개발-전개-실현’의 세 단계로 나눠서 인식하는 동시 에 분절적이 아닌 연속선상에서 교육과정을 바라볼 수 있는 계기를 마련함에 있다. 나아가 2022 개정 역사과 교육과정의 성공적인 운영을 위해서 주력해야 할 지점을 심층적으로 부각하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 교육과정을 세 층위로 분류하여 각 층위별 운영 주체인 교육과정개발진, 교과서집필진, 교과교사, 학생의 행위성(agency) 을 구체적으로 분석한 다음, 2022 개정 역사과 교육과정 운영에서 주력해야 할 목표로 역사역량, 역사 지식, 주제탐구를 추출하여 그 지점에서 역사과 교육과정 운영 방향을 모색하였다. 역사교육자는 질문하고 답하며 역사역량･역사 지식･주제탐구가 가져올 긍정적 측면과 부정적 측면을 메타적 차원에서 전망해야 한다. 2022 개정 역사과 교육과정을 성공적으로 구현하기 위해서 연구자는 교육과정 운영 주체에게 각자의 역할에 대하 여 진지하게 자각할 것과 상호 간 긴밀하게 관계를 맺는 협력적 행위주체성(co-agency)을 활성화할 것을 제안 하였다.
