The recent global spread of COVID 19 and the collapse of supply chains following the Russia-Ukraine war have resulted in increased environmental uncertainty in corporate management. The increase in environmental uncertainty is having a greater impact on SME, especially women's enterprises, disabled enterprises, and small business enterprises, which are relatively vulnerable among them, than large enterprises. This study examines the relationship between the leadership of women entrepreneurs and their organizational competence and corporate performance, and examines the moderating factors that environmental uncertainty affects between leadership of women entrepreneurs and the trust. As a result of verifying hypotheses based on questionnaires from 172 women-owned businesses located in the Daegu-Gyeongbuk region with the help of the Women Enterprise Supporting Center in Daegu, it was found that transformational leadership had a positive effect on trust, and that was found to increase shared values and group cohesiveness. In addition, shared value was found to have a positive effect on financial performance, and the higher the environmental uncertainty, the greater the impact of transformational leadership on trust. However, it was found that transactional leadership did not affect trust, and group cohesiveness did not have a statistically significant effect on financial performance as well. The moderating effect of environmental uncertainty on the effect of transactional leadership on trust was also found to be statistically insignificant. Finally, the academic and practical implications of this study were described, and the limitations of the study and future research directions were described.

최근 전 세계적인 COVID 19의 확산, 러시아-우크라이나 전쟁에 따른 공급망 붕괴는 기업경영에 있어 환경불확실성이 높아지는 결과를 가 져왔다. 환경불확실성의 증가는 대기업보다 중소기업, 중소기업 중에서도 상대적으로 취약한 여성기업이나 장애인기업 또는 소상공인 기업에 더 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 본 연구는 여성기업 CEO의 리더십이 조직역량 그리고 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는 연구로 여성기업 CEO의 리더십과 구성원의 신뢰에 있어 환경불확실성이 미치는 조절적인 요인에 대해 살펴보고 있다. 여성기업지원센터 대구센터의 도움을 받아 대구 경북지역에 사업장을 소재하고 있는 여성기업 172곳의 설문을 회수하여 가설을 검증해본 결과 변혁적 리더십은 신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 미치 는 것으로 나타났으며, 신뢰는 공유가치와 집단응집성을 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 공유가치는 재무성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 환경불확실성이 높을수록 변혁적 리더십이 신뢰에 미치는 영향이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 거래적 리더십은 신뢰에 영향을 미 치지 못하는 것으로 나타났으며, 집단응집성 역시 재무성과에는 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 거래적 리더십이 신뢰에 미치는 영향에 대한 환경불확실성의 조절효과 역시 통계적으로 유의미하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 학문적 그리고 실무적 시사점에 대해 기술하였으며 연구의 한계점과 향후연구방향에 대해 기술하였다.
