This paper explores the interaction mechanism between the entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial opportunity recognition and entrepreneurial performance of Chinese female e-commerce platform entrepreneurs. Mature research showed that entrepreneurial performance can be affected by different types of entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial intention, risk propensity, entrepreneurial opportunity recognition and some other variables. Therefore, this paper proposed a research model to explore how different types of entrepreneurial motivation affect entrepreneurial performance by taking entrepreneurial opportunity recognition as a mediator variable. We used the PLS-SEM method to test the proposed model, and collected 200 female entrepreneurs' questionnaire from various regions in China who used different e-commerce platforms to start their businesses. Our findings suggest there are significant effects of developmental and self-actualization motivation on entrepreneurial performance of female entrepreneurs in China who choose online platform to entrepreneurship; Survival and developmental motivation both have a significant effect on entrepreneurial opportunity profitability; Entrepreneurial opportunity recognition, both opportunity profitability and opportunity feasibility, plays a significant effect on entrepreneurial performance; Entrepreneurial opportunity profitability produce a partial mediating effect between developmental motivation and entrepreneurial performance.

본 연구는 중국 여성 전자상거래 플랫폼 창업가의 창업 동기 부여, 창업 기회 인식 및 성과 간의 상호작용 메커니즘을 탐구한다. 선행연구들 은 창업가적 성과가 다양한 유형의 창업 동기, 창업 의도, 위험 성향, 창업 기회 인식 및 기타 변수에 의해 영향을 받을 수 있음을 보여주었다. 따 라서 본 연구에서는 창업 기회인식을 매개변수로 하여 다양한 유형의 창업 동기가 성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 탐색하기 위한 연구모형을 제안 하였다. 제안된 모델을 실증분석 하기위해 서로 다른 전자상거래 플랫폼을 사용하여 창업을 시작한 중국의 다양한 지역의 여성 기업가 200명의 설문지를 수집했고, 분석을 위해 PLS-SEM 방법을 사용하였다. 연구 결과는 창업의 도구로 온라인 플랫폼을 선택한 중국 여성 창업가들의 성과 에 개발 및 자기실현 동기가 상당한 영향을 미친다는 것을 시사한다. 생존 및 개발 동기는 모두 창업 기회 수익성에 상당한 영향을 미친다. 창업 기회 인식, 기회 수익성 및 기회 타당성 모두 창업 성과에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 창업 기회 수익성은 개발 동기와 창업 성과 사 이에 부분 매개 효과를 보여준다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 시사점을 제안한다.
