This study was conducted on the effect of educational service quality (tangibility, responsiveness, empathy, reliability, certainty) on job satisfaction and job efficacy of private security guards engaged in private security companies, and on the job satisfaction and job efficacy of private security guards. The effect relationship was verified. The results of this study are as follows: First, if the quality of educational service (tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, certainty, empathy) of private security guards is high, the quality of job satisfaction is also improved. Second, private security guards with high job satisfaction showed increased job efficacy. Third, when the level of educational service quality, responsiveness, empathy, reliability, and certainty of private security guards was high, job efficacy improved. Based on the above results, the four sub-factors of the quality of education service of private security guards, tangibility, certainty, responsiveness, and empathy, had a significant effect on job satisfaction and job efficacy, but reliability did not affect job satisfaction and job satisfaction. It was analyzed to have no effect on efficacy. This is due to the lack of trustworthy relationship with instructors in relation to counseling with instructors and feedback on questions in the curriculum program in order to achieve the educational purpose of the educational service targeting private security guards. To express this, it is necessary to develop an education program so that feedback education and training can be performed according to the education level by dividing the practical and the theoretical into more differentiated education programs. In particular, this thesis was a study on the improvement of job efficiency through education of private security guards and the method of improving the system of detailed and practical education quality to strengthen the capacity of private security guards and improve education programs through training programs.

본 연구는 민간경비회사에서 종사하는 민간경비원을 대상으로 교육서비스품질(유형성, 반응성, 공감성, 신뢰성, 확신성)이 직무만족 및 직무효능감에 미치는 영향과 민간경비원의 직무만족과 직무효능감에 미치는 영향관계를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 민간경비원의 교육서비스품질(유형성, 신뢰성, 반응성, 확신성, 공감성)이 높으면 직무의 만족의 질도 향상 되었다. 둘째, 직무만족이 높은 민간경비원은 직무에 대한 효능감이 증가하였다. 셋째, 민간경비원의 교육서비스품질유형성, 반응성, 공감성, 신뢰성, 확신성)이 높으면 직무효능감이 향상되었다는 것이다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 민간경비원의 교육서비스품질을 구성하는 하위 요인인 유형성, 확신성, 반응성, 공감성 등 4개 요인이 직무만족 및 직무효능감에 유의한 영향을 미치지만 신뢰성은 직무만족 및 직무효능감에 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 민간경비원을 대상으로 하는 교육서비스는 수요자인 민간경비원들에게 교육목적을 달성하기 위해 교육과정 프로그램에 있어 교육강사들과의 상담과 질문에 대한 피드백과 관련하여 교수자와의 신뢰적 관계성에 대한 부족함이 있음을 표현하는 것으로, 교육프로그램에 있어 보다 차등을 두어 실기와 이론을 구분하여 교육등급에 따라서 피드백 교육훈련을 할 수 있도록 교육프로그램을 개발해야 할 것이다. 특히, 본 논문은 민간경비원의 교육을 통한 직무효율성의 향상과 교육 프로그램으로 민간경비원의 역량강화와 교육프로그램을 개선을 위한 세부적이며 실무적인 교육품질의 시스템 개선의 방안을 연구한 논문이었다.
