The purpose of this study is to identify overseas research trends of Self efficacyrelated research through bibliographic analysis, and through this, not only provide implications for domestic Self efficacy-related research, but also enable researchers to easily identify related research trends and core research materials. There is this. Accordingly, the Web of Science (WOS) conducted quantitative bibliographic analysis using the Bliometrix package of the R program for a total of 930 papers among Self efficacy-related research materials by Desember, 2022. As an analysis method, the Bliometrix package of the R program was used to analyze time series and network based on big data bibliographic information and provide visualization data, and network analysis of research trends by year and country, top cited studies, authors, co-quotes, keywords, and common words were used. As a result, it was confirmed that the research trend related to Self efficacy has increased rapidly since 2010. Also, among the extracted papers, the most cited author was Bandura, and the most cited study was that of Bandura(2004). As a result of network analysis of keywords and co-occurrence keywords, both the most frequently suggested keyword and the most co-occurring keyword was Self efficacy. And next, the most frequently suggested keyword Motivation, the most co-occurring keyword was Performance which was presented visually. Based on the research results, the implications and limitations of self-efficacy-related research were discussed, and finally, this study is meaningful in grasping trends in quantitative information based on bibliographic information and intuitively analyzing relationships.

본 연구는 계량서지 분석을 통해 자기효능감 관련 연구의 해외 연구동향을 파악하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 자기효능감에 대한 계량적이며 수량화된 자료제공을 통해 해외 연구 동향을 살펴보고 연구에서 가장 빈번하게 인용되는 저자 또는 연구물을 파악하여 자기 효능감 관련 주요 연구에 대한 정보를 제공하고자 하고자 한다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 Web of Science(WOS)에서 2022년 12월까지, 국제학술 지인 SSCI(Social Sciences Citation Index)에 게재된 논문 중 제목, 초록 또는 키워드에 ‘Self-Efficacy’를 포함하고 있으며 연구물 중 중복자료를 제외한 총 930편의 논문의 서지 정보를 수집하여 분석하였다. 분석 방법으로는 R프로그램의 Bliometrix 패키지를 이용하였는데 이 패키지는 빅데 이터 서지정보를 기반하여 시계열 및 네트워크 분석을 할 수 있으며 시각화 자료를 제공 하는데 그 강점이 있는데, 이를 활용하여 연도 및 국가별 연구 추이, 상위 인용 연구물 및 저자 및 공동인용, 키워드, 공통단어 등의 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는, 먼저 자기효능감 관련 연구추세가 2010년 이후 급격하게 늘어난 것을 확 인할 수 있었다. 이어서 추출한 논문 중 가장 많이 인용된 저자는 Bandura로 나타났으며 가장 많이 인용된 연구 역시 Bandura(2004)의 연구로 나타났으며 끝으로 키워드 및 동시 출현 키워드에 대한 네트워크 분석 결과 가장 많이 제시된 키워드는 Self-efficacy를 제외 하면 Motivation이며 공통 키워드는 Performance로 나타났는데 이러한 결과를 시각화하 여 함께 제시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 자기효능감 관련 연구에 대한 시사점 및 제한점에 대 해 논의하였으며, 끝으로 본 연구는 서지정보에 기반하여 정량적인 정보에 대한 동향을 파악하고 직관적으로 관계를 분석한데 그 의의가 있다.
