The purpose of this study is To explore the right disability awareness education method through Diagnosis of Korean society from the perspective of Hofstede's cultural anthropology and exploring the direction of utilizing the role of sports. The research method is a literature study Using Hofstede's cultural anthropological research results and deriving through the investigation and analysis of sports-related disability awareness and personality formation data. The research results are as follows. First, Korean society shows moderate social rigidity, collectivism, femininity, and uncertainty avoidance. Hofstede's research results show that Korea's anthropological background is not a favorable environment for people with disabilities. Second, as a way to overcome the various variables of cultural anthropology, A method to improve awareness of people with disabilities centered on sports, which is the most common activity for humans, is recommended. To this end, clear goal setting based on reflective thinking, positive behavior support, and various modeling should be used. In this study, a user-centered cultural anthropological approach should be considered in activities to improve awareness of people with disabilities. It is meaningful in suggesting the need to seek multilateral methods to utilize universal sports activities.

본 연구의 목적은 올바른 장애인식교육 방법을 탐색하기 위해 Hofstede의 문화인류학 관점에서 한국사회를 진단해보고, 스포츠의 역할 을 활용한 장애인식개선 방향을 탐색하는데 있다. 연구방법은 문헌연구 로 Hofstede의 문화인류학 연구 결과물을 활용하고, 스포츠와 관련된 장 애인식 및 인성형성 자료 조사 및 분석을 통해 연구의 결과를 도출했다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국사회는 중간정도의 사회적 경직성과 집단주의 성향, 여성성의 성향, 그리고 불확실성 회피 성향을 보임으로 써 Hofstede의 조사결과로 볼 때 한국의 문화인류학 배경이 장애인에 대 하여 결코 우호적인 환경은 아님을 보이고 있다. 둘째, 문화인류학의 다 양한 변수를 이겨낼 수 있는 방법으로 인간에게 가장 보편적 활동인 스 포츠를 중심으로 한 장애인식 개선방법이 추천된다. 이를 위해 스포츠 활동에 있어 반성적 사고를 기반으로 한 명백한 목표설정, 긍정적 행동 지원, 다양한 모델링이 사용되어야 한다. 본 연구는 장애인식 개선활동에서 수요자 중심의 문화인류학적 접근 방식이 고려되어야 하고, 보편적 스포츠 활동을 활용하기 위한 다각적인 방법 모색이 필요함을 제시했다는데 의의가 있다.
