The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the historical meaning and consider the providential implications by celebrating the 30th anniversary of the successful Beijing Conference in the Great Hall of the People of China from the point of view of providential implications of foundation of WFWP by President Moon Sun-Myung and Han Hak-Ja on December 23, 1992. President Moon Sun-Myung and Han Hak-Ja founded WFWP in 1992, and President Han Hak-Ja single-handedly started a historic lecture tour around the world. President Han Hak-Ja’s the Beijing Conference has several lessons to learn: First, President Han Hak-Ja showed the direction of the only begotten daughter-true mother at a turning point in restoration history by winning the Moscow and Beijing Conference through the establishment of WFWP. She has the meaning of completely restoring Eve’s failure and preparing with a global foundation to welcome the true father. Second, In the late 1980s, President Moon Sun-Myung made huge investments for China’s development through the Panda Automobile Project and the technology leveling movement. President Han Hak-Ja’s world tour, including the Beijing Conference, is a period of educating all mankind through the global ‘true family movement’ as a representative of the true father as the true mother of mankind. Third, at the Beijing Conference, President Han Hak-Ja pointed out the limitations of the socialist system that denied the existence of God and suggested the existence of God and the direction for Chinese women to go forward for China’s future. Fourth, President Han Hak-Ja was able to hold the ‘Globalization Advancement Conference for True Family’ in 80 cities around the world by winning the Beijing Conference. Fifth, leaders and members can be highly valued for their devoted spirit and loyalty in China, where ideologies and ideologies are different to prepare for a successful conference despite a short period of time. They won without giving up even in various desperate situations in the field. Lastly, we must learn and practice the superhuman activities of President Moon Sun-Myung and Han Hak-Ja and the devoted tradition of our predecessors. Now, it is entirely up to us to restore China and North Korea peacefully.

본고의 목적은 문선명·한학자 총재의 세계평화여성연합(WFWP) 창립의 섭리적 함의의 관점에서 성공적으로 개최한지 30주년을 맞은 중국 인민대회당에서 열린 북 경대회(1992.12.23.)에 대한 역사적 의미를 평가하고 그 시사점을 고찰하는데 있다. 문선명·한학자 총재는 1992년 세계평화여성연합을 창립한 후 한학자 총재는 단독으 로 전 세계를 순회하는 역사적인 강연회를 시작했는데 북경대회는 다음과 같이 몇 가지의 교훈을 얻을 수 있다. 첫째, 한학자 총재는 세계평화여성연합의 창립을 통하 여 모스크바, 북경대회 등에서 승리함으로써 복귀역사상의 전환점에서 독생녀 참어 머님의 방향성을 보여준 것이다. 한 총재는 해와의 실패를 완전히 탕감복귀하고 참 아버님을 맞이할 세계적 기반을 갖춘 것이다. 둘째, 문선명 총재는 1980년대 말 판다자동차 프로젝트와 기술평준화 운동 등을 통하여 중국의 발전을 위해 엄청난 투 자를 했다. 한학자 총재의 북경대회를 비롯한 세계 순회노정은 인류의 참어머님으 로서 참아버님의 대신자로 세계적인 ‘참가정운동’으로 전 인류를 교육하는 기간이 다. 셋째, 북경대회에서 한학자 총재는 신의 존재를 부정하는 사회주의 체제라는 한계를 지적하고 중국의 미래를 위해 하나님의 존재와 중국 여성의 나아갈 방향을 제 시했다. 넷째, 한학자 총재는 중국북경대회의 승리적 기반으로 말미암아 세계 80개 도시에서 참가정세계화전진대회 순회강연으로 연결시켰다. 다섯째, 지도자들과 구성원들은 단기간에도 불구하고 성공적인 대회를 준비하기 위해 이념과 사상이 다른 중국에서 헌신적인 정신력과 충성심을 높이 평가하지 않을 수 없다. 이들은 현지의 여러 가지의 절망적인 상황에서도 끝까지 포기하지 않고 승리한 것이다. 마지막으로, 우리들은 문선명·한학자 총재의 초인적인 활동과 선배들의 헌신적인 전통을 잘 배우고 실천해 나가야 한다. 이제 중국과 북한을 평화적으로 복귀하는 일은 온전히 우리들의 몫이다.
