Leadership is still an important issue even in the post-Corona era and a topic to continue to be developed. This era is a time when the perception and application of space and place in terms of leadership are greatly changed by the breakthrough development of technology. Christian leadership should deal with the characteristics that the basis of communication and influence is spatiality in physical space and place more than other general leadership. This paper tried to address the following questions: How does leadership relate to space and place? How is Christian leadership related to space? And where is the space for Christian leadership in on-line civilization? Christian leadership emphasized practice in physical places based on its spatiality and physical embodiment. Subsequently, while continuing to pursue the spatial materiality of such leadership, practical contextualization is required for de-location due to the ultra-technical environment, and hybrid leadership that utilizes physical and virtual spaces in parallel should be developed. In addition, paradoxically, a new form of charismatic leadership that pays attention to characters based on the instincts of the human community will be significant in this era. In addition, Christian leadership emphasized that not only virtual spaces or hybrid complex spaces, but spaces and places that newly embrace them should be developed. In other words, it should be noted that the infrastructure of the practice of Christian leadership employs various spaces and places as the Christian nature of emphasizing place.

리더십은 포스트코로나 시대에도 여전히 중요한 이슈이고 계속해서 개발되어야 할 주제이다. 이 시대는 리더십에 대한 공간과 장소의 인 식과 적용 등이 기술의 획기적 발달에 의하여 크게 변화되고 있는 때 이다. 기독교 리더십은 다른 일반적 리더십보다도 더욱 소통과 영향력 의 기반이 물리적 공간과 장소에 있는 공간성 (spatiality)이라는 특징 을 다루어야 한다. 본고는 다음과 같은 질문들을 다루고자 하였다: 리 더십은 공간 장소와 어떤 관계가 있는가? 기독교 리더십은 공간 장소 와 어떤 관계가 있는가? 그리고 비대면 문명에서 기독교 리더십의 공 간은 어디인가? 우선 기독교 리더십은 그 공간성과 물리적 구현성 (embodiment)에 근거한 물리적 장소에서의 실천을 강조하였다. 이어 서 이러한 리더십의 공간 물질성을 지속적으로 추구하되 초기술 환경 으로 인한 탈장소화에도 실천적 상황화화가 필요하며 물리적 공간과 가상공간을 병행적으로 활용하는 하이브리드적 리더십이 개발되어야 한다. 또한 역설적으로 이러한 시대 환경에서 인간 공동체의 본능에 근 거한 인물에 주목하는 새로운 형태의 카리스마적 리더십이 주목받게 될 것을 예측하였다. 그리고 기독교 리더십은 가상 공간 혹은 하이브리 드적이 복합 공간만이 아닌 새롭게 이들을 포용하는 공간과 장소가 개발되어야 함도 강조하였다. 즉 기독교 리더십의 실천의 인프라가 다양 한 공간과 장소를 고용하며 장소성을 강조하는 기독교적 본질을 주목 해야 한다.
