The purpose of this study is to analyze cases that led to innovation through cooperation between companies for excellent domestic and foreign companies and to present implications for this. To this end, literature and interviews were conducted on recent innovation cases through cooperation between companies by excellent overseas companies, and in the case of domestic companies, they were analyzed focusing on cases such as technology cooperation rewards. The implications identified through this are as follows. Regardless of domestic and foreign companies, there are no companies without urgency for innovation, and it can be seen that cooperation between companies is very important and must be continuously developed from the perspective of the corporate ecosystem.

본 연구에서는 국내외 우수 기업을 대상으로 기업간 협력을 통해 혁신을 이끈 사례를 분석하고 이에 대한 함의점 을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 해외 우수 기업들의 최근 기업간 협력을 통한 혁신 사례를 문헌 및 인터뷰 조사하 였으며 국내 기업의 경우 기술협력 포상 등의 사례를 중심으로 분석하였다. 이를 통해 확인된 함의는 다음과 같다. 국내외 기업을 막론하고 혁신에 대한 절박함이 없는 기업은 없는데 기업생태계의 관점에서 기업간 협력은 매우 중요하고 지속적 으로 발전시켜야 하는 것을 확인할 수 있다.
