This study aims to analyze the phenomenon that university start-ups are made by comprehensively utilizing members, technologies, and spaces, which are resources possessed by these universities. Through prior research, university- based start-up can be defined as a start-up based on the resource-based theory of the university. In this study, we examine what factors influence start-ups made through the resources of universities, that is, through the use of resources such as members, technologies, and space of universities. The dependent variables were defined by dividing university-based start-ups into university member start-ups, technology-based start-ups, and space-based start-ups, and independent variables were defined as university start-up infrastructure, start-up education, industry-academic cooperation education, and industry-academic cooperation research. University characteristics, size, and research funds were used as control variables. The characteristic of this research model is that unlike previous studies, it is meaningful that the university's start-up was subdivided based on resource-based theory.

본 연구에서는 이러한 대학이 보유하고 있는 자원인 구성원, 기술, 공간 등을 총체적으로 활용하여 대학 창업이 이루어지는 현상을 분석하고자 한다. 선행 연구를 통해 대학기반 창업은 자원기반론에 입각하여 대학이 가진 자원을 기반 으로 이루어지는 창업이라 정의할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 대학의 자원을 통해 이루어진 창업 즉, 대학의 구성원, 기술, 공 간 등의 자원 활용을 통해 이루어진 창업이 과연 어떤 요인들에 의해 영향을 받는가를 살펴본다. 종속변수는 자원기반론에 입각하여 대학기반 창업을 대학구성원창업, 기술기반창업, 공간기반창업으로 구분하여 정의하였고, 독립변수는 대학의 창 업인프라, 창업교육, 산학협력교육, 산학협력연구로 정의하였다. 통제변수는 대학특성, 규모, 연구비 등을 활용하였다. 본 연구모형의 특징은 기존 연구와 달리 대학의 창업을 자원기반론에 입각하여 세분화했다는데 의의가 있다.
