Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the relationship between adult European Quality of Life-Five Dimension (EQ-5D) scores and oral health status. Methods: For this study, the data of 2,446 adults aged ≥ 19 years who participated in the Eighth National Health and Nutrition Survey were included and analyzed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis to investigate the relationship between general characteristics of participants, EQ-5D scores, and oral health using SPSS 26.0 statistical package program. Results: The results suggested that if an adult’s EQ-5D score was bad, their oral health status was poor. Conclusions: A health administration system promoting the importance of oral health for adults could be designed using the study’s findings. In addition, oral health prevention and education programs could be developed that contribute to the improvement of EQ-5D.
