This study analyzed the contents and characteristics of the accelerator’s program which was focusing on the Korean accelerators in the ICT field targeting global market and derived detailed contents and characteristics of programs using the grounded theory based on the results of interviews with accelerators. Based on the interviews with practitioners, the detailed contents and characteristics of programs were analyzed through open coding of grounded theory. As a result of the study, the contents of the accelerator’s program in the ICT field targeting global market was divided mainly into pre-program, program operation, and post-program, and 26 characteristics were derived in a total of 9 contents. This study shows academic significance in that there is not much research done on the program contents and characteristics of Korean accelerators when Korean startups and accelerators are expanding. And it can also be used in establishing future policies on the contents and characteristics of accelerators.

본 연구는 국내 글로벌 지향 ICT 분야 액셀러레이터를 중심으로 보육 프로그램 구성 및 특성 을 분석한 연구로 실제 액셀러레이터 실무자 인터뷰 결과를 기반으로 근거이론을 활용하여 보육 프로그램의 상세한 구성 현황 및 특성에 대해 도출하였다. 국내 글로벌 지향 ICT 분야 액셀러레 이터의 실무자 인터뷰를 기반으로 근거이론의 개방코딩을 통해 보육 프로그램의 상세한 구성 현 황 및 특성을 분석하였다. 연구결과 글로벌 지향 ICT 분야 액셀러레이터의 보육 프로그램 구성 은 크게 보육 프로그램 사전, 운영, 사후로 구분하여, 총 9개 구성에 26개 특성을 도출하였다. 본 연구는 국내 스타트업과 액셀러레이터가 확대되고 있는 상황에서 국내 액셀러레이터의 프로그램 구성과 특성에 관한 연구가 전무한 상황에서 시사점을 도출하였다는 학술적 의미가 있으며, 향후 액셀러레이터 구성 및 특성에 관한 정책 수립 시 활용할 수 있다는 실무적 의의도 있다.
