This study is different from the macro and policy studies and alternative proposals made in previous studies of materials, parts and equipment small-and medium-sized companies(SMEs), to secure capability to achieve technological performance and to present the specificity of priorities, it were identified technology learning and technology strategy, relationship with technological performance and the mediating effect of technological innovation capability. A total of 332 questionnaires were collected in a survey and tested in multiple regression analysis with SPSS 26.0. The analysis results are as follows: first, both technological learning and strategies had significant positive (+) effects on technological innovation capabilities; secondly, both technological learning and strategies had significant positive (+) effects on technological achievements; finally, technological innovation capabilities had mediating effects on the relationship between technological learning and strategies and technological achievements. Through this study, it was confirmed that technology learning, technology strategy and technological innovation capability, and technological performance had a statistically significant influence relationship. It is considered that research on innovation capability is necessary.

본 연구는 소재·부품·장비 중소기업의 선행연구들에서 진행된 거시적, 정책적 측면의 연구 및 대안 제시와 달리, 기술성과를 거두기 위한 역량의 확보와 우선순위의 구체성 제시를 위해, 기술 학습, 기술전략과 기술성과의 관계, 기술혁신역량의 매개효과를 파악하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 설문조사를 통해 332부의 응답을 확보하였으며, SPSS 26.0을 이용하여 다중회귀분석으로 검정 하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 기술학습과 기술전략은 기술혁신역량에 각각 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미 치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 기술학습과 기술전략은 기술성과에 각각 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 셋째, 기술혁신역량이 기술학습·기술전략과 기술성과와의 관계에서 매 개효과를 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 기술학습, 기술전략과 기술혁신역량, 기술성과가 통계적 으로 유의한 영향관계를 나타낸다는 것을 확인할 수 있었고, 소재·부품·장비 중소기업의 기술성 과 창출을 위하여 기술학습, 기술전략과 기술혁신역량에 대한 연구가 더 필요할 것으로 사료된다.
