The purpose of this study is to present a desirable direction for the support center by analyzing the projects of the support center, which is promoting social integration, from an intercultural perspectives. To achieve this purpose, the chuncheon city family center was selected as an example, and seven intercultural education elements, namely communication, interaction, diversity, empathy, respect for human rights, cooperation, and sense of community, were investigated and analyzed 73 operational projects in 2021. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the elements of “communication”, “sense of community” and “interaction” are relatively reflected in the entire project, and the areas of “local community with family” and “family relations” of the basic project reflect a lot of intercultural educational elements. In addition, this reflection was more common in projects targeting multicultural families than in projects targeting integrated families. It was proposed as an improvement plan to expand the operation of projects targeting integrated families and to prepare various programs that can reflect the elements of “diversity” and “respect for human rights”.

본 연구는 사회통합을 추진하고 있는 건강가정·다문화가족지원센터의 사업을 상호 문화주의적 관점에서 분석함으로써, 통합센터의 바람직한 운영 방향을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 춘천시 가족센터를 사례로 선정하고, 7개의 상호문화교육적 요소(의사소통, 상호작용, 다양성, 공감, 인권 존중, 협력, 공동체의식) 를 설정하여 2021년에 운영되었던 63개의 사업을 조사하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 전체 사업에서 ‘의사소통’, ‘공동체의식’, ‘상호작용’ 요소가 상대적으로 많 이 반영되어 있으며, 기본사업의 ‘가족과 함께하는 지역공동체’와 ‘가족관계’ 영역이 상 호문화교육적 요소를 많이 반영하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 이러한 반영은 통 합가족을 대상으로 하는 사업보다 다문화가족만을 대상으로 하는 사업에서 많이 나타 났으며, 지역 특성화 사업은 기본사업과의 중복이 많으며, 춘천 지역의 가족 특성을 반 영한 사업은 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 개선 방안으로 통합가족을 대상으로 하는 사업의 확대 운영과 ‘다양성’과 ‘인권 존중’ 요소를 반영할 수 있는 다양한 프로그램의 운영, 춘천 지역의 가족 특성을 반영한 사업 개발의 필요성 등을 제안하였다.
