This article aims to present some theoretical proposals and directions for re-establishing the environmental ecology philosophy of the philosophical and religious Daoism philosophy, through analysis of the current status and achievements of environmental eco-philosophy-related research in the modern Korean Daoism philosophy academic circles. In this context, domestic thesis related to environmental ecology of the philosophical Daoism philosophy will be examined from two aspects of change of worldview and establishment of environmental ethics, and related domestic thesis of the religious Daoism philosophy will be reviewed from two aspects of ecological ideology and environmental ethics. The research in the domestic academic community so far needs to supplement the following several points. Specifically, resetting the subject and scope of related research, establishing a unique environmental ecology theory in the Daoism through comparative analysis with environmental ecology discourses in other academic fields, securing the universality and versatility of the Daoism environmental ecology philosophy, and changing the worldview and modern interpretations of the Daoism for establishing environmental ethics. Based on the above contents, for the current interpretation and grafting of the Daoism philosophy to the environmental ecological problem, it is possible to synthesize each area of ​​the worldview, the relationship between humans and nature, and environmental ecology into an organic theoretical system. At this point, it is necessary to research methods and content settings.

이 논문은 현대 한국도가·도교학계에서의 환경생태철학 관련 연구 현황 및 성과의 분석을 통해 도가·도교철학의 환경생태철학의 재정립을 위한 몇 가지 연구 방향과 이론적 내용을 제안하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 이 글에서는 도가철학의 환경생태 관련 국내 논문을 세계관의 변화와 환경윤리의 정립의 두 측면에서 살펴보고, 도교철학의 환경생태 관련 국내 논문을 생태사상과 환경윤리의 모색의 두 측면에서 검토한다. 현재까지의 국내 학계의 연구는 다음 몇 가지 사항을 보완해야 한다. 구체적으로, 관련 연구 대상과 범위의 엄밀한 설정, 타학문영역의 환경생태담론과의 비교분석을 통한 도가·도교 고유의 환경생태이론의 정립, 도가·도교 환경생태철학의 보편성과 범용성 확보, 세계관의 전환과 환경윤리 정립을 위한 도가·도교철학의 현대적 해석 등이다. 이상의 내용을 바탕으로 도가·도교철학의 주요 이론을 환경생태문제로 해석하고 적용하기 위해서는, 세계관 전환의 이론적 정립, 인간과 자연의 관계 설정, 그리고 환경생태 윤리의 각 영역을 유기적 이론체계로 종합할 수 있는 연구 방법과 내용 설정이 필요하다.
