The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the college festival experiential attributes on satisfaction, peer relationships improvement and intention to re-participate. This research classified satisfaction into two variables; college-life satisfaction and college festival satisfaction with the aim to understand a positive educational effect of experiencing college festival. The survey was conducted from May 24th to May 26th, 2022 in a college based in Seoul, South Korea. Self-administered questionnaire was adopted and participants used a quick response(QR) code scan through smart phone to access the survey. The measurement items of the questionnaires consisted of multiple items with a 5-point Liker Scale and the final 408 surveys were collected and 378 were selected and analyzed. Results of the structural model assessment supported all of the hypothesized associations. College festival experiential attribues showed paramount importance in both the satisfaction. This suggests that college-life satisfaction and college festival satisfaction can be improved through associated programs. Furthermore, the findings confirmed that college-life satisfaction had a positive effect on the peer relationships improvement and intention to re-participate. In addition, it was confirmed that college festival satisfaction had a significant and a positive effect on peer relationships improvement and re-participation intention. Findings from the structural invariance assessment supported the impact of both suggested satisfaction on peer relationships improvement and re-participation intention. Academic and practical implications are suggested for education professionals and college administration department.

코로나19로 인해 중단되었던 대학축제가 최근 사회적 거리두기 완화로 개최되고 있는 추세이다. 대학축제는 학생들의 공동체성 확립과 소속감을 형성하는 사회활동으 로 설명되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 대학축제 체험이 만족도, 교우관계 증진, 재참여의 도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 규명하는 데 있으며 나아가 축제 만족도와 대학생활 만족 도를 측정하여 대학축제 체험의 긍정적인 교육적 의미를 이해하는 데 목적이 있다. 설 문조사는 2022년 05월 24일부터 05월 26일까지 서울 소재에 있는 H대학 캠퍼스를 중심으로 이루어졌으며 자기기입식 방법을 활용하여 스마트폰으로 QR코드 인식을 적 용하여 온라인 설문 참여를 중심으로 진행되었다. 회수된 설문지 408부 중 연구 목적 에 부합되지 않은 30부를 제외한 378부를 분석에 활용하였고 구조방정식(SEM)을 통해 가설을 검정하였다. 분석 결과 축제체험이 학교생활 만족도와 대학축제 만족도 에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으며 이는 대학축제를 통해 학생의 학교 생활 만족과 대학축제 만족을 향상시킬 수 있음을 시사한다. 더 나아가 학교생활 만족 도가 교우관계 증진과 재참여의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었는데, 특히 교우관계 증진이 재참여의도 보다 큰 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 축제 만족도가 교우관계 증진과 재참여의도에 유의미한(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되 었고 이 중 재참여의도가 큰 영향을 받는 것으로 도출되었다. 이 연구를 통해 교육 종 사자와 대학 축제 관련 이해관계자들에게 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제시한다.
