COVID-19 has begun to transform the field of dance art. The environment of dance performances was moved from offline to online, and non-face-to-face performances using online platforms spread. Online non-face-to-face performances do not mean the decline of offline performances. Rather, it can lead to the popularization of dance while growing and developing dance art through the dance environment in two areas, online and offline. Accordingly, I explored what expertise is needed for dance art experts and what subjects should be opened in the university dance curriculum to cultivate their professional abilities. As a result, it was confirmed that a curriculum for career exploration, a curriculum for international exchange, and a curriculum for the use of ICT(information and communication Technologies) were necessary. These curricula should be connected to ‘connectionsystematic- practical’, and each curriculum should be conducted in the way of “teaching-learning-coaching”.

COVID-19로 무용예술 분야에 대변환이 시작되었다. 무용공연의 환경이 ‘오프라 인(off-line)에서 온라인(on-line)’으로 이동되었고, 온라인 플랫폼을 활용한 비대면 공연이 확산되었다. 온라인 비대면 공연이 오프라인 공연의 쇠퇴를 의미하지 않는다. 오히려, 온라인과 오프라인 두 영역의 무용환경을 통해 무용예술을 성장․발전시키면 서 무용의 대중화를 이끌 수 있다. 이에, 무용예술 전문가들에게 필요한 전문성은 무 엇이고, 그 전문적 능력을 함양시키기 위해 대학 무용과 교육과정에 어떠한 교과목이 개설되어야 하는지를 탐색해보았다. 그 결과, 진로탐색을 위한 교육과정, 국제교류를 위한 교육과정, 정보통신 활용을 위한 교육과정이 필요함을 확인하였다. 이러한 대학 교육과정은 ‘연계성-체계성-실천성’으로 연결되어야 하고, 각각의 교육의 과정은 “티 칭-러닝-코칭”의 방식으로 진행되어야 한다.
