The purpose of this study is to obtain a clue that can approach the issue of incest, which is not free even for churches and Christians, from a Christian counseling dimension. To this end, we focus on the case of Reuben and Bilhah in the biblical texts related to incest. Accordingly, this study attempts to ask and answer three questions. First, what is the internal basis of incest? Second, why and how is incest expressed on that basis? Third, why incest while ignoring death and loss of power? The study results are as follows: Regarding the inner foundation, it can be said that Reuben's role is reversed to characterize the tripartite relationship of parent-mother-child, especially the mother-child bilateral relationship. The continued performance of pseudo-husband on behalf of parents, particularly fathers, appears to have formed the main internal basis of incest. As for the behavior of incest, there seems to be a layered emotion in the dimension in which Jacob failed to play the role of an adaptive husband to Leah, and Reuben performed the role. On the one hand, the pride of being a pseudo-husband on Jacob's behalf for Leah and, on the other hand, anger at the failure of her real husband, Jacob, are her core emotions. Regarding incest's internal benefits, it basically constitutes the behavior as an expression of anxiety and anger. Accordingly, it is read that Reuben performed the role of a pseudo-husband for Leah as a role reversal. Reuben's incest is interpreted as an incident jointly carried out by Leah, the implicit accomplice, and Reuben, the real perpetrator, in this study.

이 연구는 교회와 크리스천도 자유롭지 못한 친족성폭력 문제를 기독교상담적 차 원에서 접근할 수 있는 하나의 실마리를 얻는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 우리는 친족성폭력과 관련된 성경 본문 가운데 르우벤과 빌하의 사례에 주목한다. 따라서 이 연구는 세 가지 의문점으로 출발한다. 첫째, 친족성폭력의 내적 토대는 무엇인지? 둘 째, 그 토대 위에서 친족성폭력이 어떻게 표출되는지? 셋째, 죽음과 권력의 상실을 무 시하면서까지 왜 친족성폭력이 이루어지는지? 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 내적 토대와 관련해서는 부-모-자의 삼자관계, 특히 모- 자의 이자 관계를 특징짓는 것이 르우벤의 역할도치이며, 부모, 특히 아버지를 대신하 는 유사-남편 역할을 지속해서 수행한 것이 친족성폭력의 주된 내적 토대를 형성한 것으로 풀이된다. 친족성폭력의 행태와 관련해서는, 야곱이 레아에게 적응적인 남편 역할을 하지 못 해 르우벤이 그 역할을 수행한 차원에 중층적인 정서가 자리한 것으로 보인다. 다시말하면 레아를 위해 야곱을 대신하여 유사-남편의 역할을 하고 있다는 자부심과, 다 른 한편으로는 진짜 남편인 야곱이 그 역할을 못하는 것에 대한 분노가 그 내면의 핵 심 정서를 이루고 있는 것이다. 친족성폭력의 내적 이익과 관련해서, 그것은 기본적으로 불안과 분노의 표출로 그 행태를 구성한다. 즉 르우벤은 역할도치 차원에서 레아를 위한 유사-남편의 역할을 수행한 반면, 레아는 르우벤을 심리학적 남편으로 삼아 위로받고, 의지하며, 살게 되 는 동반의존 관계가 형성된 것이다. 결과적으로 이 연구에서는 르우벤의 친족성폭력 에 대해 암묵적인 공범인 레아와 실제 가해자인 르우벤이 공동으로 수행한 사건으로 해석한다.
