The aim of this study is to verify the relationship between academic self-efficacy and problem-solving ability of learners who have studied Flipped Problem Based Learning (FPBL) dance education, and to verify the mediating effect of collaboration ability in this relationship. The research method is as follows. FPBL-applied dance education was introduced during the second semester of 2020 for students majoring in dance in the first to third grades of a domestic art high school. FPBL was reflected in the major course and the choreography course. After the courses were completed, students responded to their academic self-efficacy, problem-solving ability, and collaboration ability on the online questionnaire. A total of 309 copies of data were used for analysis. For verification, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and Bootstrapping were used. As a result, self-efficacy of the art high school students had a positive effect on problem-solving ability. Also, the mediating effect of collaboration ability was statistically significant in the relationship between the two variables. This study is meaningful in that it suggested implications for the direction of desirable dance education for teachers and learners and for designing an efficient education model.

본 연구의 목적은 거꾸로 하는 문제중심학습(Fliped Problem Based Learning, 이하 FPBL)을 활용한 무용교육 을 수학한 학습자의 자기효능감과 문제해결력의 관계를 검증하고 이러한 관계에서 협업능력의 매개 효과를 분 석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 국내 예술고등학교 1~3학년 무용 전공 학생을 대상으로 2020년 2학기동안 FPBL을 적용한 무용교육을 전공수업과 안무법수업에 도입하였다. 수업이 완료된 후 학생들에게 학업적 자기효능감, 문 제해결력, 협업능력을 온라인 설문조사 형식으로 측정하였으며, 총 309부의 데이터가 분석에 사용되었다. 검증 을 위해 상관분석, 다중회귀분석, 부트스트랩핑을 사용하였다. 연구 결과, 예술고등학생의 자기효능감은 문제해 결력과 유의한 정(+)적 관계를 보였으며, 협업능력을 투입했을 때 협업능력의 매개 효과 또한 유의한 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 교수자·학습자를 위한 바람직한 무용교육의 방향성 및 효율적인 교육모델 설계를 위한 시사점을 마련했다는 점에서 연구의 의의를 지닌다.
