Purpose : This study investigates the impact of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict on the agricultural market of the Republic of Korea and suggests supply chain risk management strategies to ensure stability of the domestic food market. Research design, data, methodology : This paper analyses the literature review on risk management strategies and develops advanced approaches for the efficient operation of the Korean agricultural supply chain, considering the challenging global economic situation. Results : The main risk management strategies to ensure the safe functioning of the domestic food supply chain have been identified, including the expansion of grain stocks, pooling of inventory, development of feed substitutes, diversification of import sources, and promotion of overseas business. Conclusions : In the context of rising global grain prices and limited supply, to maintain stability of the import-dependent domestic food market, it is advisable to unite efforts of public and private sectors. Since the Russian and Ukrainian conflict remains and food inflation is expected to worsen, it is necessary to apply risk management strategies in both the short and long term.

러시아-우크라이나 사태로 인해 전 세계 농업 분야의 위기 우려가 발생하였다. 수입 곡물의 의존도가 높은 국내 시장은 국제 곡물의 불안정한 공급과 가격급등에 의해 영향을 받고 있다. 선행연구를 기반으로 공급망의 중요성과 위험관리 전략에 대해 고려하며 국내 식품 공급사슬 의 안전한 기능을 보장하기 위한 위험관리전략을 제시하였다. 러시아, 우크라이나 및 타 국가의 의존도를 판단하여 수입 곡물의 국내 물가에 영향 최소화를 위한 전략으로 비축량 확대, 사료 대체품개발, 해외사업추진 등을 제시하였으며 정부의 주도 하에 이루어질 수 있는 지원사업 방향에 대해서도 해결방안이 제시되었다. 이러한 다양한 방 법들을 통해 국내 공급사슬의 외부 위험을 줄여 농업 시장의 안정화를 목적으로 한다.
