This study intends to demonstrate the process of creating innovative results by analyzing the major factors that increase the innovation performance of technologically innovative SMEs and the structural relationship between these influencing factors. To this end, a survey was conducted on 175 manufacturers among INNOBIZ certified companies (technological innovation-type small and medium-sized enterprises certification) nationwide, and the final 137 copies were used for analysis, excluding 38 copies with problems in response. As for the analysis method, descriptive statistics, correlation, and exploratory factor analysis were performed through SPSS, and model 6 of SPSS Process macro v4.1 was applied to verify the multi-mediating effect. As a result of the analysis, the multi-mediating effect of absorption capacity and technological innovation was confirmed in the process of entrepreneurial orientation on innovation performance. The contribution of this study has thus far been the analysis of the direct influence relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and innovation performance, and further research on the role of technological innovation between the two, revealing the causal relationship between absorption capacity and technological innovation, and It is meaningful to examine the role of these two factors in

본 연구의 목적은 기술혁신형 중소기업의 기업가지향성이 혁신성과에 영향을 미치는 과정에 서 흡수역량과 기술혁신이 어떤 역할을 하는지와 이들 네 가지 요인 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하 여 혁신성과 창출 과정에 대해 실증하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 전국의 INNOBIZ 인증 기업(기술 혁신형 중소기업 인증) 중 제조업체 175개사를 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였고 응답에 문제가 있는 38부를 제외하고 최종 137부를 분석에 활용하였다. 분석 방법은 SPSS를 통해 기술 통계, 상관관계 및 탐색적 요인 분석을 실시하였고 흡수역량과 기술혁신의 다중 매개효과 검증을 위해 SPSS Process macro v4.1의 Model 6번을 적용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 기업가지향성이 혁 신성과에 미치는 과정에서 흡수역량과 기술혁신의 다중 매개효과를 확인하였다. 이로써 혁신성 과를 창출하기 위해 기업가지향성이 가장 바탕이 되어야 하며 이를 기반으로 조직 수준의 흡수 역량과 기술혁신이 전제되어야 혁신성과를 높일 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 기여점 은 지금까지 기업가지향성과 혁신성과 사이의 직접적인 영향 관계 분석이나 이 둘 사이에 흡수 역량 또는 기술혁신 각각의 역할에 관한 연구에서 더 나아가 흡수역량과 기술혁신과의 인과 관 계를 밝히고 기업가지향성과 혁신성과 사이에서 이 두 요인이 어떤 역할을 하는지 살펴보았다는 데 의의가 있다.
