[Purpose] In this study, the social network big data program and the analysis program for visualization were used to investigate the social perception related to golf course unfair conduct. [Method] Using Textom program, text mining technique and sentiment analysis were performed for keyword standardization, and CONCOR analysis was performed to examine common clusters containing similar contents of keywords with Ucinet6 program. [Result] First, as a result of keyword analysis of unfair practices on golf courses, the contents related to golf course unfair profits and golf course tax evasion were found, and the results reflected the social atmosphere for preparing measures to solve these problems. Second, as a result of emotional analysis on unfair behavior on the golf course, positive responses were higher than negative responses. Third, as a result of the CONCOR analysis of unfair practices on golf courses, keywords such as factors related to golf course tax evasion were found in the main perception, and factors related to golf course unfair profits in the peripheral perception. [Conclusion] It is expected to present implications for golf course operation by understanding the public's position and emotions on the recently controversial golf course unfair practices.

[목적] 본 연구는 골프장 불공정행위와 관련된 내용을 소셜네트워크 빅데이터 프로그램과 시각화 분석을 위한 프 로그램을 활용해 사회적 인식조사를 하기 위한 연구이다. [방법] Textom 프로그램을 활용해 키워드 정형화를 위 한 텍스트마이닝 기법과 감성분석을 하였고, Ucinet6 프로그램을 활용해 키워드의 유사내용 중 공통된 군집을 살 펴보기 위해 CONCOR 분석을 하였다. [결과] 첫째, 골프장 불공정행위의 키워드 분석결과는 골프장 부당이익에 관련된 내용과 골프장 탈세 등이 나타났고 이를 해결하기 위한 대책 마련의 사회적 분위기를 반영한 결과가 나 타났다. 둘째, 골프장 불공정행위에 감성분석 결과 긍정의 응답이 부정의 응답보다 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 골프장 불공정행위의 CONCOR분석 결과 주요인식에는 골프장 탈세와 관련된 요인이, 주변인식에는 골프장 부당이익과 관련된 요인 등의 키워드가 나타났다. [결론] 최근 논란이 되는 골프장 불공정행위에 따른 대중들의 입장과 감정 을 파악하여 골프장 운영에 있어 시사점을 제시할 수 있길 기대한다.
