[Purpose] The purpose of this study was to explore the career awareness and attitudes of university students majoring in golf. [Method] In this study, Q methodology was applied to achieve the research purpose. A questionnaire was distributed to 66 university students majoring in golf at K University, and a total 61 of data were collected, and the collected data were analyzed through QUANL 1.2 PROGRAM. [Result] Results presented four types: type 1 is the economic condition consideration type, type 2 is the career preparation type as a tour professional golf player, type 3 is the realistic career change consideration type, and the career concern type. [Conclusion] The results of this study will help to confirm the perception and attitudes of university students with two identities, college students and golfers who engage in economic activities, and further to understand the difficulties experienced in preparing for their careers.

[목적] 본 연구는 골프 전공 대학에 재학 중인 골프선수들이 자신의 진로 준비에 대해 어떠한 인식과 태도를 지 니고 있는지 탐색하고자 수행되었다. [방법] 연구 목적 달성을 위해 Q 방법론을 적용하였다. K 대학 골프 전공 대학생들 66명을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하여 총 61부의 자료를 수집하였으며, 수집된 자료는 QUANL 1.2 PROGRAM을 통해 분석하였다. [결과] 도출된 결과를 살펴보면, 골프 전공 대학생의 진로 준비 인식유형은 크게 경제적 여건 고려형(제1유형), 투어프로 골프선수로서의 진로 준비형(제2유형), 현실적 진로 전환 고려형(제3유형), 그리고 진로 걱정형(제4유형)으로 확인되었다. [결론] 본 연구의 결과는 대학생과 경제활동을 하는 프로선수(혹은 이를 준비하고 있는 아마추어 선수)라는 두 가지 정체성을 가진 골프 전공 대학생들의 진로에 대한 인식과 태도 를 확인하고 나아가, 진로를 준비하는 과정에서 경험하는 어려움을 이해하는 데 도움이 될 것이다.
