The purpose of this study was to investigate the conceptual structure of unethical pro-organizational behavior(UPB) that appears in student athletes. To this end, detailed factors corresponding to UPB were extracted by exploring sports ethics-related behaviors widely presented in the sports field, and the conceptual structure of UPB was systematized through the process of categorizing sub-concepts for each area. As a result of analysis, UPB was classified into 4 sub-factors: physical and verbal behaviors(intentionally injuring or using abusive language for the benefits of the team), rule-violating behaviors(violating the rules maliciously for the benefits of the team), deceptive behaviors(cheating referees or opponents, or misusing rules for the benefits of the team), match-fixing behaviors(intentionally manipulating performance or match results for the benefits of the team).

본 연구는 학생운동선수들에게 나타나는 비윤리적 친조직 행동(UPB)의 개념 구조를 탐색하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해, 스포츠 분야에서 광범위하게 제시되고 있는 스포츠 윤리 관련 행동들을 탐색해 UPB에 해당하는 세부 요인들을 추출하였으며, 각 영역별로 하위 개념을 범주화하는 과정을 거쳐 UPB의 개념 구조를 체계화하였다. 분석을 통해 도출된 UPB 구성 개념은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 팀의 이익을 위해 상대 선수에게 고의적으로 상해를 입히거나 모욕적인 언어를 사용 하는 등의 신체적/언어적 행동이 도출되었다. 둘째, 팀의 이익을 위해 악의적으로 규칙을 위반하는 행위인 부정행위가 도출되었다. 셋째, 팀의 이익을 위해 심판 또는 상대방 선수를 속이거나 규칙을 악용하는 등의 기만행동이 도출되었다. 넷째, 팀의 이익을 위해 경기력이나 결과를 고의적으로 조작하는 등의 승부조작 행동이 도출되었다.
